We are Minny and Peter. Welcome to Thailand.
Minny is Thai and Peter is from Australia; but has now made Thailand his home. We live on a fruit farm with ducks, chickens, fish, cats and a dog.
We manage condos in Krabi and Chiang Mai. They have been renovated using relaxing colours, interesting artistic touches and top quality fittings and appliances.
We have travelled all of Thailand and stay in short-term rental accomodation ourselves. So we are very aware of what is required to have a relaxed and carefree stay. We want you to feel that everything has been thought of to make your stay blissful.

The AT SEA condominium takes advantage of a perfect location. The actual suburb where the condo is located in is named "Klong Muang" and is part of the larger Nong Thale district.
Our condo is right in the middle of the complex and looks straight across the water and unique island mountains. Best of all, it takes advantage of each days awesome sunset that Krabi is world famous for.
Besides the beach swimming and seaside fishing close by, there are a multitude of mountains and landscapes to discover.
The AT SEA condo is the perfect spot to use as a base to further explore this magnificent corner of southern Thailand.
Our condo is right in the middle of the complex and looks straight across the water and unique island mountains. Best of all, it takes advantage of each days awesome sunset that Krabi is world famous for.
Besides the beach swimming and seaside fishing close by, there are a multitude of mountains and landscapes to discover.

Krabi is a photographer's happy place. There is an abundance of gorgeous natural resources that make Krabi so well-loved by all. Just driving into Krabi Town from AT SEA is an awesome experience as these huge rocky mountains jump out of nowhere and tower over you.
It is a 2 minutes walk to the beach and shops where you have a smorgasbord of delicious seafood restaurants and little cafes. We produce a list of our favourite local and district eateries and attractions.
There is a quality motorbike rental shop owned by a European just next door. If you want the super busy tourist area, then Ao Nang is a short 10 min drive away.
But if you want to have a healthy, relaxing and safe vacation and rest, then AT SEA is must be.
