In the highly desired Memorial Northwest community, this home is centrally located and close to everything! This spacious 4,560 Sq. Ft. gem has 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms (3 Full/2 half). Sitting on approximately 0.4 Acre, this house has it all. From a sparkling pool and lots of privacy, you will absolutely love it! This house is a 15 minute drive to the Woodlands, 20 minutes to the Airport, and 35 minutes to downtown Houston. It is close to major highways and close to corporate, entertainment, shopping. Please note that the pool heater is currently not operable, but the pool stays warm from the sun. TY!

We were in town for our son’s wedding. This home is in a great neighborhood and there was an abundance of space for everyone. We were able to host the wedding party for dinner and had a great time!

The day before we were supposed to check in the house got hit by a tornado. The house was beautiful but the back yard and pool received a lot of damage. They did what they could for our stay to be as best as it could be and compensated us a few days for a future stay and they didn’t have to. I would definitely stay at this property again very good communication and understanding.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. However, we had to add water in order to use the pool and some of the furniture was broken or worn. A little tlc will make it a much better rental.

Exactly what I wanted! This rental was a great spot for gathering with family near our son's wedding venue. It gave us the space and comfort we needed to relax, visit, and enjoy time together. The house isn’t perfect—like any home, it has a few maintenance quirks—but nothing that got in the way of a pleasant stay. In fact, having a private space to spread out and connect was far better than cramming into hotel rooms. We truly appreciated the convenience and warmth of this home during such a special time. The host, Jim, was available for any questions or concerns.

Beautiful home

My husband and I were in Houston for six days and chose this property based on the heated pool in the backyard.The weather was very accommodating so we were able to be outside enjoying it.The home has lots of space and as well equipped in a great location, very quiet neighborhood

Nice home for a large group

It was nice to have up to six sleeping rooms, 2 full bathrooms plus 2 additional toilets and sinks for a family group of adult siblings and spouses. Lot’s of room for all with plenty of eating space with dining room table along with a table in kitchen. There were also several inside conversation and sitting areas. The back patio area was great to sit and visit as well.

While the host was responsive and the house was generally clean, our stay was marked by several serious issues. Although the home is attractive and in a nice neighborhood, it is clearly in need of better maintenance. Some furniture requires repair or replacement, and the exterior shows signs of neglect.The most significant problem occurred upon arrival: there was no heat and no hot water. The gas meter had been locked due to a tornado that occurred in the neighborhood weeks earlier. Arriving after travel to a home without basic utilities was extremely stressful and unacceptable.The storm damage had not been properly cleaned up. The yard contained debris, there was broken glass on the patio, branches in the pool. These conditions made it feel like the property was not ready for guests.We were without heat or hot water for nearly 20 hours until the gas company restored service the following day. While an apology was offered, we had to purchase space heaters ourselves, and no reimbursement or compensation was provided for the inconvenience.We also paid 50 per day to heat the pool and spa, but this did not meet expectations. We were told there was a two-hour limit, had to repeatedly request the heat to be turn on, and the pool never became truly warm. The spa took a very long time to heat as well. For the price charged, these amenities should have been consistently ready without repeated requests. The lack of preparation made this stay far more frustrating than relaxing.
