2 bedroom, 2 bath, main floor unit with attached 2 car garage.  The lanai looks out over the water with a  table for card playing, working or dining.  Tastefully and newly decorated and stocked with everything you need to enjoy a quiet escape.  The master has a king bed and an attached bath with shower and tub.  The guest room has king bed and a washroom right across the hall.

Enjoy a  walk or bike ride to the club house for a yoga class, a drink at the bar or dinner at the grille ** see club membership info below. Also enjoy a quick 5 min drive to the stunning beach at Marco island or 20 min to 5th Avenue Naples.

**The amenities at Fiddlers are available for longer term renters at a cost of $750 per stay to transfer membership. Otherwise guests will still have access to the grounds and the lovely community pool steps away!
