This is a brand new Condo built recently by TAO Mexico. One of the premier Condo Builders in Mexico. The location is central to the best Beaches and Cenotes in all of Mexico. Also located between Playa Del Carmen and the fabulous city of Tulum with all its wonderful attractions. This Condo has high speed Fiber Optic Internet and a strong network hardwired to several locations in the Condo and a strong Wireless Access Point centrally located for excellent WiFi connections. We also have a Surround Sound System in the living Room for your listening enjoyment as well as stereo music on the outside veranda. Plus all the other ammenities you are used to like Air Conditioning, Clean Drinking Water, Built-In Ice Maker, and much more.

Beautiful property

The property had everything a person could want and more than one would hope to have in a short rental. The owner was very helpful in locating places to eat and things to do and was very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely stay there again.

A Perfect Rental and a Great Host!

The condo was better than advertised!!! And the house was super helpful… giving us tips on great restaurants and beaches to visit. The condo is surrounded by beautiful grounds and has its own lagoon with tons of fish! Everything about this Condo was awesome!

Beautiful Condo Exceptionally Clean

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Very neat and clean. The check in process was simple, the owner was wonderful to work with. I had a billion questions and he was quick to respond to every single question. We rented a second condo in the next building and he helped me with questions on that one as well! We were there for Super Bowl and he gave me ideas of where to watch and where not to watch. I had forgotten something in the building after check out and he let me back in to grab my bag with no issue at all. The space is very modern and beautiful. If you are looking for a low key place to stay with a pool and the beach not far away this is your place! The atmosphere is very relaxing, the grounds are clean and beautiful as well. The beach is not too far away and the lagoon on site was incredible. The walk to the lagoon was fun walking through the jungle. So many fish to see- not crowded at all. Akumal isn’t far- around 10 minutes and you can find restaurants, shops, and a general store. There is a convenience store just a short walk down the road that has nearly everything you need. Would absolutely stay here again without a doubt. You won’t find a more helpful host!

Tiffany was a delight to have at The Scarlett MaCaw and was very easy to communicate with. She left our Condo in great condition and everything was well taken care of. We will always welcome her back anytime in the future!

Great stay!

The host was easily reachable and helpful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and with a well supplied. Kitchen. Beach was a hike but drivable with parking available if necessary. It was pretty, but not easy to swim. Great restaurants about 10/15 minute drive. A car is definitely recommended for the stay.

We are just two people with lots of dreams. One of those dreams was having a place close to a beautiful beach in Mexico. We love Mexico because of the people! They are so friendly and helpful and always have been. We will be retiring here someday and can't wait until that day comes. We love to travel and meet new friends! We hope your stay here will be rewarding and all that you wish it to be!

It was perfect for us, and close to everything we love to do in the Riviera Maya of Mexico! Beaches, Beaches, Beaches! The Condo Developer also allowed us to wire all the technology that I wanted to put into our Condo. So it has a great security system that is easy to use, and lots of internet connections that are hardwired for people to access. The WiFi is awesome as we also wired in an access point to give the Condo a very strong signal for all those who need it. We also installed fast Fiber Optic Internet! That was a must for us as we use it a lot while we are there. It is also a gated community with 24/7 guards at the Entry Gate. So we feel at ease and secure here.

Relaxation, Beaches, Sun & Fun! Some of the best food around at some really cute Beach Restaurants. Our Beach is private to our community and the Lagoon Cove is very much a jewel to our area. We also have an Oxxo "7-11" Store just down the street if you need any food or drink items to stock up on. All our guest have access to our two bicycles to enjoy during their stay. We have a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
