Our most recent renovation, we call this unit "Smith's Corner." Renovated in 2022 this one bedroom one bath features a king bed and a full kitchen. The family can gather around the informal bar style seating and enjoy a quick dinner after a long day at the pool or beach. A view of the river from this room is the perfect ​way to wake up with coffee. The sofa in the living space pulls out into a queen perfect for kids.

O y issue was coming back late Friday night had to park on the grass because there were no parking spaces available. Besides the was a very nice place. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Holiday Hill is such an awesome place. Our unit was better than advertised. Everyone with whom we interacted was unbelievably friendly and helpful. I had the opportunity to briefly meet one of the owners, Nick, and learned a little bit about the neat history of the property. The location is great - conveniently with 5-8 minutes of great restaurants and activities. What a gem!

Amazing Spot and Getaway

This is the perfect spot to go in and out of the town of Saugatuck. The chain ferry is right at the below of the driveway and provides easy access to and from the shops and restaurants of Saugatuck. The pool was extremely clean and the view from the room was amazing. They also make their own coffee which is delicious, and the staff was very accommodating. We are definitely coming back with the kids in the next month or so and will be hitting up the pool and beaches. Thank you for an amazing time!!

Great place, we will be back!

We loved this place. The views are stunning, the pool is nice, our suite was clean and rommy with several nice touches. Its a 5 min walk to the ferry and is a 15 min walk to l Lake Michigan. The staff was great! Not 1 single complaint! Chef's kiss!

Holland tulip fest

Unit was as advertised, Clean and comfortable! Spent most of our day at tulip fest activities in Holland but returned at night to sit on the outdoor deck and watch the boats go by. Nick Was quick to respond when we had a TV issue, as we wanted to watch a local station for the news Just be aware there are steps to the units and parking is up a pretty steep inclined drive, but that is indicated in their listing. We are in our late 70's and made it work. Location is very close to Oval Park and great dune walking! If ever returning to the area would stay again!

Charming stay

The location was great. Close to downtown and the beach. The view was amazing and the surrounding area was beautiful. I wish we had more time than one night to stay. Very clean and comfortable. This was a last minute girls overnight/shopping visit. We will definitely be back.

Very clean

We were very pleased with the unit. It was very clean and as nice as the pictures led us to believe. My only complaint is a preference thing that the bed in our unit was soft and so it bothered my lower back. I would stay here again.

Attention to detail!

Extremely clean condo. Every area of the condo, the pool, the decks are so well cared for. Since it’s not a large complex, we had plenty of privacy and quiet time. The view is wonderful too. Great location and close proximity to downtown. We will return and stay in the same unit. The complex sits high on a hill, so there is a steep incline to the rooms. This did not bother us, but it may prove difficult if you are not physically fit.

Good rental for a small family and a great choice for a multi-family vacation. Staff was very helpful and the property is clean. Location is excellent. However, lack of a dishwasher for an updated unit is inconvenient.

Great getaway

We enjoyed our time at Smiths Corner and really appreciated this beautiful and unique property. The shared pool area and views are outstanding. Oval Beach sunsets, the Chain Ferry, downtown Saugatuck and much more so close make it a great getaway spot.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The property was perfect and clean. Love all the windows. Cheap taxi ride into town for the nightlife. We will stay here again!

Perfect!

My husband and I booked this cozy getaway and we couldn't have been more pleased! It's perfect! The management was polite and crazy helpful! The room was just as pictured but even better... clean, cute, comfortable, and super close to everything you want to see. The town of Saugatuck was picture-perfect as they come and the room is close to restaurants and the beach! We can't wait to go back again!

Fall Outing.

This was a nice find in VRBOs and the room was clean, well stocked, and bedding great. Property management is responsive and the custodial staff very nice. Area is quiet and with a great view of Saugatuck. only minor complaint is there needs to be some instruction on working the HVAC and the dehumidifier needs fan control as running at full blast is a bit noisy. Overall a great value and pleasant stay. Thank you

Wonderful week stay
