This retreat is located .4 of a mile from Woman Lake boat landing! Spend your day fishing or playing on the lake and relax in your own setting.

Not too soon to plan for summer getaway!

The Woman Lake chain is a prime recreational and fishing lake located between Hackensack and Longville, Mn. This property is just off cty rd 5 with quick access to the lake, .4 drive to the landing.

Easily boat into the Longville city dock.

This property can easily accommodate your hunting party (state land nearby) and your snowmobile group, great for anyone wanting to ice fish with portable houses!

Approximately 15 minutes south of the Walker Leech Lake (many restaurants and outdoor activities).

Enjoy solitary living just off of the lake, away from the craziness that sometimes comes with resort living. This property is not lakeside.

Nearby attractions include: Longville Turtle Races, Northern Lights Casino, 1 hour drive from the Mississippi Headwaters, Chippewa National Forest (Southern entry), 45 minute drive to Brainerd Lakes Area, Brainerd International Raceway


1 bedroom, with full size bed/twin over bunk, main bathroom with shower.

2nd bedroom space with pull out sofa, additional 1/2 bath, fully stocked kitchen, 1 living room space, with smart tv, /eating area

Washer and Dryer

1000 sq ft of living space includes One Bedroom with 1 full bed/twin over, separate twin bed,

Kitchen includes microwave, full fridge and stove.

Living room includes sleeper sofas (mentioned above) along with an additional living area.

Outdoor patio with grill and patio table and chairs. These items are not available in the winter.

Winter renters will be asked to turn the main water valve on and off(easy step) and bring their own shovel if they want the small sidewalk. Renters must supply own laundry soap, body soap, hand soap and dish soap, garbage bags(in winter months)
as well as supplying their own towels. Quiet hours 10 pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 12am to 8am Friday and Saturday. Feel free to reach out with any questions

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this place The owner was accommodating and prompt on answering the questions we had Ac unit was only available for the bedroom We would have preferred to have it at the main area of the house

Thank you for staying at our location, we appreciate you. Our listing specifies the apartment has a window a/c only which given the northern climate is usually enough with the additional fans provided. We have had some warm summer days this year😄

Perfect getaway for fishing

We loved staying here. It was quite, great location to the multiple lakes in the surrounding area. Nice and open floor plan which was also great for our dog that was with us. Host was great with communication. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

We stayed for four weeks while our son was in summer camp in northern Minnesota. The space was clean and comfortable, just as advertised. There's a town nearby with just about everything you need, and we enjoyed our stay. The area has lots of wildlife, Deer, Turkeys and we even saw a Black Bear while we were driving on a road not far from where we were staying!

July vacation

This property worked perfectly for my elderly parents. It was accesdible and just a couple minutes down the road from their daughter's cabin. It was very nice!

Perfect location

This was our third year staying here. It is the perfect location to be able to fish many lakes. All the amenities of home. Close to two towns if you do need anything and many miles of paved bike trails, which we have also enjoyed. Planning another trip next year!

Perfect spot

We just returned from our stay and everything was just as portrayed. Perfect spot for me and my boys as we fished many lakes in the area. Host was quick to respond and instructions for everything laid out nicely in the cabin. Lots of room to park the boat and very quiet at night. We will stay again! Thanks!

Great Location

Property was perfect for a quick getaway! Becky was great! Right next to boat landing! Real nice is the speed limit is 35mph to boat landing. You can get boat ready At property and drop it in.

We used the rental as home base for a fishing trip. Plenty of room for two pickups with boats in tow. It was clean and everything was there that we needed.

great fishing cabin

We were looking for a property close to Woman lake for a fishing trip. 3 guys staying at the property so it was perfect. Sleeping would be tough for more than 3 but everything was as advertised. Great turn-around and parking for any size boat. Electrical and water next to boat parking so very convenient. Very low key and quiet during our stay. You will need a few extra towels for showering but there is a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend the Woman Lake Store a couple of miles down the road. Great ownership and great donuts made fresh daily. I would definitely stay here again.

Glad everything worked out for you. Thanks for the positive feedback. Not sure if you realized but both full size couches are hide a beds. So sleeping in the living room can accommodate 4 if needed plus the queen under bunk and additional twin bed.

We stayed here for a week of fishing. Location is quite and close to a number of lakes. Has all the amenities we needed for our weeks stay. Great communication with owner. Would stay here again.

Nice place to stay

The property was nice and close to the lake with a nice fire ring. The only complaint was that there was leftovers in the microwave when we arrived.

Apartment living in the country

The place was great, it actually seems bigger inside then the pictures. Was super clean and had all the amenities you would need. You aren’t getting the view of the lake but besides the occasional car driving by it’s actually pretty quiet and you don’t have to deal with all the clamorous resort lifestyle . If you brought a boat the landing is probably 2 minutes away, when pulling your boat out at night you wouldn’t even need to tie your boat down to your trailer it’s so close. Would definitely stay again. .
