Good family get together!

Very nice house ,the kids and I did enjoy the hot tub. Trying to enjoy club amenities but very costly. House does warm up for afternoon but cools down when sun goes down.

Great place for a family proposal

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. We had no small children but it would be a great place for a family with children. It could use a little more cleaning around couch and rug area. We really enjoyed it!

This property is great for a large group or family. Plenty of space and beds for all! Conveniently located just above the country club with amazing views from the deck. Hot tub is a great place to relax after a day out and about. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and all the cooking gear you need for any meal. Garage fridge is a great added bonus. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all top notch. We were there in the summer months, but for those visiting in the winter, it should be noted that the road to the house is paved (paving stops just past the house) so getting to/from the house should be no issue. I would definitely have this house at the top of the list should I ever visit Angel Fire again!

Golf trip

4 guys on a golf trip. Stayed at this gorgeous property. Loved the much needed hot tub after a day golfing in Taos and Angel Fire country clubs. Sitting around the fire pit trading stories and incredible Mountain View's from the deck!

Great location & views, all the comforts of home

We were looking for a place to wind down with fresh air and no traffic. This is a gem - extremely well equipped home, fantastic views, quiet location, fire pit, across the street from the golf course and great local hikes. Glenda was very responsive to our questions - we would highly recommend a stay at this property!

Amazing Mountain House

Everything was great with this mountain stay. Takes less than 10min to get to town and Angelfire ski resort. You can see the sledding hill from the balcony. Amazing views from the porch/kitchen/living room. I would definitely stay here again.

Superb

The house was excellent and perfect for our sibling reunion. Everybody was comfortable with their accommodations and blown away by the amazing view from the deck. We will come back again someday.

Lovely home, Amazing VIEW

This home was lovely, plenty of dishes and basics in the kitchen so it was fully functional. There was plenty of space for two families to sleep and eat together. We also had some very friendly deer visit in the evenings. The best part was the view!!!!

Great location

We had 8 adults. The Room situation was great. The kitchen was stocked very well. We were able to see a lot of wildlife. The covered parking was great by the door being that a blizzard came in the morning we were leaving. Hot tub was nice after a day of skiing to relieve the soreness. We will definitely stay here again!!!

A Lovely Mountain Retreat

We had a delightful stay at Sunrise Pines! The house was lovely, clean, and comfortable with fantastic views of the valley and mountains. The location was perfect, being just minutes away from mountain hikes and the town of Angel Fire. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after hiking and roasting s'mores in the fire pit in the evenings. The extended deck was perfect for stargazing at night, so bring your telescope if you have one. The owner, Glenda, was very responsive to our needs and was especially keen on making our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be returning!

Exceptional!

This property fit the bill for everything we were looking for! The views from the deck and hot tub were amazing! The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for 4 adults, and 4 teens. It was completely stocked with everything you needed! The games in the garage were just an extra bonus. The only small complaint we had was that there was food left in the fridge and pantry, but that did not stop me from giving this place 5 stars!

Fit our family nicely

This house was great for our family. We had 11 people. 6 adults 4 teens and a 2 year old. Communication with owner was easy. The master shower head is a little tricky. Pull harder than you think! 😂😉 Location to the mountain was nice. This is a great beginner mountain. I recommend adding the mountain patrol number to your phone while skiing. It came in handy for us. The only grocery close by is lowes and it’s a little pricy. I would bring in your meats and shop fruits and veggies there. Overall a great stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Fell through rotted deck

This was the most disappointing rental we’ve encountered. The worst of it was the fall through the rotted deck. This has been documented. No calls or correspondence from owner or VRBO to check to see if I was injured. I was. It could have been much worse. Aside from that issue there was no propane in the grill, the most basic streaming service available (zero local stations) and the “rec room” is nothing more than a dirty cold garage. Check out instructions asked if we would start a load of laundry prior to our checkout. No problem. We bought laundry detergent for the place. Not a cheap property. Unsafe deck and seems to me they aren’t concerned with the safety issue. I promise you I am not an angry renter. Just disappointed with the value. Disappointed I have had no contact to check on my injuries.

Very nice! Hot tub was great. TVs in most rooms didn’t work. The work was a little sketchy, but you would have to unplug the dishwasher to plug out the garbage disposal and plugging chargers, and sometimes turned on and off lights.. other than that fantastic day great place

Annual Golf Trip

We travel to Angel Fire annually for a guys golf trip and this property is perfect for that. You can sip your coffee on the deck, looking at the clubhouse below you while you wait for the sun to make an appearance over the mountains. It was great being so close to the club and the main road and we agreed that we’d stay here again.
