The outdoor space of this home is as impressive as the indoor and you're about to figure out why.

You and your family will enjoy the advantage of having a spacious, enclosed yard for privacy, which also offers an incredible recreational outdoor space. Dine alfresco under the covered patio offering an outdoor dining area or if you'd like to enjoy a little bit more sunshine, there's another umbrella-covered dining table. The yard boasts a putting green, plenty of comfortable seating areas, a built-in BBQ/wood-fired pizza oven, and the biggest attraction: a private outdoor pool (you have the option to heat the pool for an added fee)! You can also watch a good ballgame on the outdoor TV right from the pool, and there is a full-size air hockey table and other outdoor games to play with. We don't blame you if you'd rather spend your days outside than inside.

The interior has been designed with high-end furniture and appliances throughout, keeping in mind guests' comfort. The living room is spacious and bright, offering you and your loved ones a great place to unwind and relax. Gather around the smart TV with cable and stream your favorite shows and movies whenever you want.

Whoever gets to be the chef of the group will fall in love with this kitchen. It's spacious, bright as the rest of the home, and boasts modern, stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The large French-door fridge will keep your groceries fresh and the dishwasher will gladly take care of the dishes after mealtime. There's a Keurig coffee maker that will surely delight the group's early birds. The gorgeous breakfast bar adds more dining space to the adjoining dining table.

The pool will not heat more than 20 degrees above the outside air temperature.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
