3 bedrooms: 2 of 10 m2 and 1 of 7 m2 in the attic, accessible by a staircase in the garage.
(Not recommended for young children, alone.)

The 3 bedrooms are composed of double beds.

- Living room, equipped kitchen, back kitchen, walk-in shower, heated towel rail.
Washing machine.
- large terrace, garden furniture, pergola, sun loungers, plancha, outdoor shower.
No wifi in the house yet.

Beach at 400 m, national forest at 200m
( many hiking trails) .

Direct access to the coastal cycle path
Saint Vincent sur Jard. 4 km
Jard sur mer 6 km
Longeville sur mer 8 km

( Bread depot, groceries, newspapers ), restaurant

Nautical center (catamaran rental or lessons, windsurfing, paddle)

An inventory will be made on your arrival and departure.

The house must be returned in the state of cleanliness that you found it.

A security deposit will be requested on arrival or by the site and returned at the end of the stay if no damage is noted.
