Great Cabin

The cabin we stayed in was clean, cozy and conveniently located. Close enough to the city to get to all the attractions, far enough away for quietness and peace. Definitely recommended.

Great location, everything we needed!

We rented this cabin for an extended family vacation and there was enough space for all 17 of us. We loved the convenient location just minutes from all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Our requests were quickly addressed, and the cabin was exactly as described.

Perfect for Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at Pigeon Forge Getaway! It was a great location. Not far from the main parkway, so good for those that don't like the curvy drive up the mountain roads. But far enough off the drag to still be peaceful! We would definitely choose this location again for a future family gathering!

Great location!

When we showed up it was a great view and at a awesome location, super close to everything we needed and is super clean place. It has lots of room for everyone that joined us for the trip! Definitely recommend this place! Can’t wait for next year to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back….. A small outside firepit would have made our stay even more fabulous but the pool table basketball and air hockey kept our crew busy!!!

Great place!

Great home to have a group of people to enjoy time together. Lots of beds to accommodate numerous people. Lots of things to in cabin and close by. Most beds were very comfortable but the bunks could use new mattresses as we could feel the springs in them. Had a great trip overall and would definitely be back

Great space

We had a large group with the youngest being 9. It was big enough for us to be all together or privacy if wanted or needed. They absolutely loved the game room and Theater area keep them very entertained.

Great cabin, close to strip

Clean cabin. Comfortable beds. Close to the strip. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, may be good to include a large soup pot, luckily I prepared ahead and brought my own. Kids loved the game area. Nice to have a second refrigerator in the basement

Celebrating Family

The property is ideally located in close proximity to many of the interesting attractions in Pigeon Forge, and my grandchildren had a blast in the theater and game room. However, upon arrival we discovered that the upstairs bathroom tub was clogged and there was an unpleasant sewage smelling odor coming from the washer. The plumber unclogged the tub and poured a solution down the drain, but the unpleasant odor remained throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Pigeon Forge Cabin Getaway Close to Parkway

This property was very clean and accommodated our large group. The kids enjoyed the game/arcade room. The property is very close to the Parkway with attractions, shopping and restaurants within a few minutes, depending on traffic. The only disappointment for me were the pots and pans provided. There was only one usable frying pan. The others were scratched and not fit to use. Overall, our group had a wonderful stay and would stay on this property again.

Winterfest

We took 9 teens and 5 adults from our church for Winterfest. The property was very nice and clean. When we arrived we called and advised we were missing one of the air hockey handles and were told it would be dropped off but never arrived. Not a big deal but the kids were disappointed.

Good location

The location was just outside of the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The house was nice. They do not provide laundry soap for the load of towels they ask you to do at the end of your stay. We had a huge water leak from the master bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Came from the tub and the sink. Leaked downstairs onto the queen bed that is in the bunk room. The issue may have been “addressed” but was never fixed. So we could not use that bathroom. Which sucked for a big group!! There are a bunch of nails that stick up on the back porch. It’s new, and nice, but whoever did it, did not make sure it was finished correctly. We did let them know about that, as well as a bunch of bees. They hang out by the light downstairs off the bunk room. Over all, nice, but not impressed…

Great location. The facility, furniture and furnishings were great!! Entire rental process was easy and efficient! Communication from the Office was thorough and included everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay here again!!
