Duneridge Resort offers private beach access, community pool, tennis courts, elevators and assigned parking for 2 cars and easy access to kayaking and paddle boarding on the sound.

This updated, 3rd floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides unobstructed views and comfortable, open living/dining/kitchen areas that are perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking, Living space flows easily to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional lounging area after a day at the beach.

All 3 baths have been completely remodeled with all new tiled showers with glass doors, beautiful new floors and fixtures, and a
luxuriously deep, relaxing tub!!

Key Features: Ocean front, covered patio, pool & tennis court.

**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The property is in a great location, quiet by the sea and easy access from Wrightsville and Wilmington. It was like visiting a home away from home. It is equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay. the owner is very kind and kept us well informed of what we needed to know during our visit. We would stay here again.

Loved pretty much a private bathroom/shower for what is called the kids room; bathroom just outside the kids room. . The two other bedrooms have a totally private bathroom/ shower. . Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Great view of beach and ocean. View not obstructed by berm. Great communication with host.

Wonderful Beach vacation, the condo is perfect. There is a lot of space. The bathrooms are spacious and nice. The kitchen is wonderful you can see the ocean out every front window. The washer /dryer was great. The beach was perfect. They had chairs for the beach for us. Contact if needed is timely and responsive. Could not ask for a better stay

Another 5-star stay at our favorite condo

Our third year staying at this beautiful condo for our annual family reunion. We’ve been coming to Duneridge for over 35 years and this is hands down the best condo we’ve stayed in. It is fresh and clean and has everything we need for cooking and enjoying the beach.

Beautiful Location!

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 5 adults with plenty of room and access to beach and pool. Renting a sunshade from a local company for the beach was easy, and our time here was restful and relaxing.

Property fantastic. We had 1 issue with the ice maker that was our fault, but the owner responded immediately and had someone there to help us within about 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Clean, beautiful condo with amazing views!

Our family (husband, teenage son and me) we lucky enough to stay in this condo for several days. After a long road trip, it was such a treat to walk in the condo door and see the great view of the beach. Everything in the condo is first class - the furniture is comfortable and in great shape and everything has been thoughtfully put together for your comfort. I told my husband I could have easily moved in! The beds, linens, towels, bathrooms - they are all first rate. We were able to run a few loads of laundry and cook some meals seamlessly just like we were at home. The weather was more beach strolling than swimming but no matter, it was wonderful. The condo grounds were very well kept and safe. We did a lot of walking and it was a decent walk to "town", however we never had an issue driving and getting around Wrightsville Beach area and greater Wilmington. Just a gem of a place and Hellon was so responsive and helpful (I got us locked out). We are already planning how we can come back and will most definitely stay here again. Thanks Hellon!

Perfect Oceanfront Condo!

Our stay at this perfect oceanfront condo was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking ocean views right from the living room and the balcony. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise, the calming sound of waves, and having direct beach access made our vacation truly special. It was the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The condo was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious beachfront getaway.

Long Weekend Getaway

The Duneridge condo was perfect for our long weekend stay in Wrightsville Beach. It was the perfect distance from Wilmington, while still being on the beach and quiet. We were extremely impressed with how clean this condo was. Everything from ceiling to floor had a place and was clean. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Amazing place!

This was our second year staying in this beautiful condo and we’ve already booked our third stay for next year! Everything is top notch and first class - from the soft sheets and comfortable beds to the thick plush towels. The condo is well maintained and very well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all sorts of meals - all appliances are upscale! I wish the kitchen table had more than four seats but that is a minor issue. The Hostess was super nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here for many visits in the future!
