Beautiful spacious upper apartment nestled in a prime North Buffalo location Hertel Avenue. Within STEPS outside the house are shopping boutiques, restaurants, coffee, bars & gyms. Within walking distance (20 min) is Delaware Park, a beautiful park within 350 acres. Owners live downstairs and available if needed during your stay.

This in demand prime location offers easy access to many attractions (5 min drive) including Buffalo Zoo, University Buffalo, Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House.

Niagara Falls & Downtown Buffalo are 20 min drive

Perfect for family getaway !

After sightseeing Niagara Falls, enjoying downtown Buffalo or returning from a sports game, The Heart of Hertel Airbnb will welcome you for a night out on the porch people watching, cooking dinner in the newly remodeled kitchen or watching Netflix/Amazon movies in the living room under dimmable lighting. There are board games & magazines for entertainment while listening to Alexa's music stations.

This house is a double, and this listing is for the upper 3 bedroom apartment. This is a owner occupied house. The hosts live downstairs in the private unit below. Guests will have access to a safe entrance, central A/C, covered porch and cozy living room with french doors!

This unit can accommodate up to 8 people. After 6 people, there is a $15 fee per person & an additional cot will be set up in living room. The 3 bedrooms include a queen size bed and a trundle daybed that sleeps two separately. Amenities include off street parking, WIFI, coffee/tea station, central A/C and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. There is a spacious porch with patio furniture which offers view of Hertel Avenue for your morning cup of coffee/tea and winding down with a glass of wine under the patio lights.

Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing infants and we will try to accomodate. We can provide a pack and play, bassinet, infant bath, highchair and toys.

We have stayed here a number of times and never been disappointed. The property is as shown in the listing, very clean and welcoming. Kitchen is very well equipped and beds are comfortable. It is so close to everything and the hosts are very good at letting us know what is new to see and do when we are there. We always enjoy our stay and recommend this for anyone visiting Buffalo!

Fun in the Heart of Hertel!

We had a great stay here. Location was convenient to great restaurants, and it was easy to get around town from here too. Unit was very clean and comfortable, and had a very homey feel. The owners were so friendly and eager to be sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Best of Buffalo

Checkin was easy and seamless. All the amenities you would need, including snacks, tea, coffee, and more. We traveled with young children and the backyard playground was amazing! We walked to all our events and meals. And, most of all, the hosts were wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. Love this place!

Love it!

Such a perfect home. I grew up in a Flo and this reminds me of so many of the beautifully maintained older homes I knew. Perfect for our family of 4. Close to food and parks. Quiet, with enough room for us to just hang out when not out and about. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay; we have stayed here several times and it has been consistently clean and cared for. The hosts go above and beyond providing toys for grandchildren, recommendations for places to visit and lots of amenities in the unit. Such a great location close to things we enjoy. Kitchen is super well equipped and beds are comfortable. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Prime location by Hertel

Came in to visit family for the holidays and go to a Bills game. We loved walking to shops and restaurants that are just minutes away!

Buffalo Fun

We have stayed several times at this property and it never disappoints. The unit is clean, beds are comfortable and it is located in a great spot in Buffalo. Easy to get to many Buffalo museums, the zoo, and the Martin House. Great coffee shops and restaurants nearby (walking distance or short drive). There are several grocery stores close by. The kitchen has everything you need to cook dinner!

Great place within walking distance to many restaraunts and shope.

My family loved this property and highly recommend it for others. The owners really go above and beyond to make your stay great. The renovations make this older home super cute and a really nice place to stay. There are so many restaurants and cute little shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place, especially for the price.

Clean, cozy and comfortable stay to visit family

The flat was the perfect set up for my family to have a visit in Buffalo. The location was ideal, steps away from Hertel and all the great restaurants/shops, plus near family we were visiting. Property owner's were very responsive and helpful. Hope to come back!

Spacious and cozy

Perfect location to many restaurants/shops and easy access to highway for getting to other parts of Buffalo. This apartment was perfect for our family of four, allowing us to have separate rooms for our kid and baby. It is spacious, and has more than we expected - including board games, coffee and tea, and even strollers and other things for our baby. Fantastic spot!

Great place in an awesome location

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 in Buffalo. Really cool old house updated with modern amenities. Our hosts were communicative, and helpful. We had everything we needed, and the location was awesome. Super close (walking distance) to a ton of restaurants and stores, and not far from Niagara Falls and everything we wanted to see in Buffalo. Great place at a great rate!

Great Experience

This was our second stay at this property and it was great. We love the location! The unit is clean and comfortable, has everything you need to cook if you want to, and is close to many great restaurants if you want to eat out. Coffee shops are close and it is easy to get everywhere. The owners are great communicators and offer lots of suggestions for places to see in Buffalo.

Second stay was just as great!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! Brad and Vanessa were incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay. They are generous in providing towels, bathroom essentials, snacks, coffee pods, kid + baby supplies making our packing process and stay easy peasy. Location couldn’t be better! Highly reccomend! We will be back :)

A Great Spot in Buffalo

Highly recommend this home in the heart of Hertel. Great location! We were able to easily to walk to coffee and dining options. The zoo was nearby. We were a short trip from the Falls and Niagara on the Lake. Also was a quick trip from Orchard Park and the Bills. The house was clean and well appointed and fulfilled all our needs. There was plenty of room for a family of 4. The host was responsive and helpful. Very happy we stayed here instead of a hotel!

Family!

This was a great place to visit with my sister after time with our 99 year old dad! The apartment was as it appeared in the photos with so much space! The little touches of Buffalo were lovely! We enjoyed the kitchen which allowed us to enjoy breakfast and snacks together. The welcome book was perfect with so much information! We really enjoyed the central location which allowed us to walk to some delicious meals and investigate the neighborhood. We loved it and highly recommend these hosts!

Cozy Buffalo Home!

This was a cozy little home, walking distance from loads to do! My family stayed in Buffalo while visiting Niagara Falls and we couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay! Hertel Ave reminded us so much of the East Side of Milwaukee, my kids loved the ice cream at Poutine and Cream! The place was spotless and had plenty of room for the five of us to spread out. My kids loved the snacks they left out and my wife and I appreciated the assortment of coffee to enjoy in the morning. Highly recommend staying here if your ever in Buffalo!
