This Key West style beach home is nestled in quiet neighborhood and is an 8 minute walk to the beach or a one minute drive. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths featuring a screened in saltwater pool and lanai w/ lush tropical landscaping and plenty of space to enjoy nature. There is a new wood deck under a majestic oak tree canopy for your enjoyment. Spacious open kitchen perfect for cooking family meals while enjoying pool views. This rental property is fully licensed for short term rentals (IRC-STVR-21-09-04).

The house is conveniently located to the beach (easy walk). House/owner is very pet friendly (not many properties allow a 2nd family pet). Plenty of space in the house with lots of privacy. Would have liked to use the pool but the temperature in Florida our days were unusually cool for Florida. We would book this location again in the future

Perfect place to retreat

A group of girlfriends and I rented this place and it was perfect for a quiet and relaxed retreat. Comfortable beds and photos as advertised. I'd absolutely recommend and stay again!

Old Florida vacation

Great location in an old Florida neighborhood. House was well equipped and within walking distance to the beach, (not advertised). Pool was a bonus as it was an extremely hot weekend. Host was responsive to all messaging.

Paradise Hideaway

This place has it all. If you're looking to have a relaxing beach getaway with a private pool and beautful home to come back to for a florida vacation, this is perfect. Host was very kind and communicative and the house itself was the perfect break from reality.

Clean, quiet, well maintained with excellent facilities. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we had a query. If we go back to the area I would book this property without hesitation.

Great Property

Wonderful stay for all ages: 7 to 82. Beautiful property, quiet road, quick walk or drive to the beach. House is expansive and we had plenty of room for 7 people. Pool and the kitchen was where we spent most of our days with the kids. We would definitely return!

Family Trip

Highly recommend this rental! Clean, kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware, and super close to the beach. The beautiful vegetation in the yard offers lots of privacy. The pool area is great and the host was quick to respond to messages.

Great getaway

Stayed for a month with family coming and going. Perfect place to relax in a quiet neighborhood that is very close walk to gorgeous beach. Owner was very good with communication, suggestions, etc.. We had a fabulous month enjoying the Veto Beach area!!!

Excellent Stay

The property is close well situated for proximity to both the beach and river as well as many of the attractions you may wish to visit in the area. It was also very spacious, well equipped and clean. The owner was responsive and friendly with communication. Check-in and check-out was easy. No complaints, and I would recommend this rental to others planning a trip in the region.

Fantastic stay!

This property is a gem! Very clean and spacious. It had many extras and provided us with everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. The pool was very nice and refreshing, and we enjoyed having a beautiful beach nearby with free parking. The communication with owner was excellent. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect. The pups loved the yard and sunning themselves on the deck. The pool was always refreshing. The host was extremely responsive. We loved the quiet preserve in the back. Hate to leave.

Relaxing in the sun

Our host was exceptional, very accommodating and readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a beautiful beach or if you choose to drive, there is ample free parking. The home was spacious, with plenty of space for large family gatherings. The pool was very inviting and the beds were extremely comfortable...you can't ask for more!

Great Family Stay

With our adult children, their spouses, and a grandchild, it was a comfortable and spacious home for our family gathering. Located just an 8 minute walk from the beach, the home was secluded and quiet. Pool was lovely to sit around in the morning, as we started our day. Plenty of room in the kitchen for a number of people to gather and prepare a meal. Restaurants and stores where a convenient drive. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or messages. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay

For the price, in season, the property was a bargain. We will stay again. The listing description was accurate. The home was large, clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only issue we encountered is the the county parks, with beach access, so close to us did not allow dogs. However, the overall value of the property easily overcame that one draw back, which had nothing with the actual property that welcomed our pet. Thanks for a great stay, Brad Goff

Perfect!

This vero home provided my wife, myself, and our dog the perfect vacation which we dearly needed. The property is perfectly located a 5 min walk from the beach. Fishing, food, walks, and amenities all were within 5-20 mins. The pool was perfect and afforded us an ease into our day. If you are looking for a relaxing, peacefully unique, romantic, and quiet getaway- this is the place for you. I wish I could write something bad just so that we could keep this gem to ourselves. Oh and all correspondences were done expeditiously. Thank you for providing us with the memories! We will definitely rent again!

A good space, needs some TLC

Very cute and spacious house with a clean (unheated) pool. Secluded and quite a drive from Vero Beach which is great if you want peace and quiet, not as good if you want the convenience of town. We had a nice time, but at four grand a week this place should have looked more like the pictures. We were expecting paradise but it’s in need of some TLC (inside and outside) for sure. The screens on both doors leading out to the pool were broken (kept popping off of the tracks). All of the chairs and couches were covered in big brown stains. Then little things like a broken kitchen garbage can, no dish drain and three showers but only one bath mat. The property manager was polite and tended to the issue that was most pressing (an electrical thing upon arrival- ultimately fixed), which was appreciated. Floors, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Attached garage a nice amenity for loading and unloading. Nice new TV’s and pool lounge chairs. Plenty of sheets, pillows and towels.

Nice house for family vacation

There were 7 of us - four adults and 3 kids (3, 8, 12). The four bedrooms in the house worked perfectly for us. Having three full baths was great, too.The house was clean and well appointed. We needed additional towels for both the bathrooms and the pool and the owner brought those over right away.The kitchen layout was great for multiple adults to be in there getting all the kids’ stuff together. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, and cookware. The owner was very responsive to any questions / requests we had.The pool is nice, but was quite cold (in mid-late March). The kids went in a few times, but we definitely would have used it more if it had been warmer. The beach was really close - walkable in under 10 minutes and about 3 minutes on the golf cart we rented. It had a nice park for the younger kids and the beach was very nice. It was a lot more crowded on the weekend days (although not nearly as crowded as other beaches we’ve visited in Florida) but it was overall clean, had great sand, a decent bathroom, and was a great place to hang out when the weather was warm and windy. While Vero Beach is a nice area, it’s a bit off the beaten path - not a lot of anything is CLOSE. We ended up driving 30 or more minutes for most of the restaurants we went to. Would be great to have a grocery store closer, too. We enjoyed our two weeks at this property!

NOT What You Would Expect From VRBO

This property is filthy and in desperate need of maintenance. Foliage engulfed house and screen over pool. Pool was dirty. House, screen around pool as well as patio and walkways all need power washing. Green Mold all over. Walkway tile ripped up/damaged making it dangerous to walk. Charcoal grill filthy. House dirty. We pulled a large chuck of hair out of tub drain in Master Bathroom. Kitchen drain also clogged, which we had to cleaned. Vents and filters moldy. Poor lighting throughout house. We heard water constantly running in house, but could not find source. Contacted owner and he had plumber come to house to check. Plumber had to return the next day to fix a water leak. Two (2) days of our vacation we were stuck at house while people working on this problem. Through out all these issues, owner was very difficult to contact. He would never answer or return our calls. All communication had to be made thru the VRBO app. Never wanted to talk directly to us. Even when the Plumber needed to speak to him while they were on property, it was very difficult to get him to call us back. I wish we could attach pictures in this review to show you the true condition of this property. Renters BEWARE of the Photos provided when booking. Misleading photos.
