Whether you are enjoying the wonderful waterfront breezes while watching the dolphins frolic or taking in Tybee's best sunset sipping a cocktail , Bleu Breezes home and guest cottage offers THE peaceful paradise you'll never forget.

The home is 4 bedroom 21/2 bath with a 1 bedroom 1 bath guest cottage which has all the modern conveniences along with old world Tybee charm. Originally built in 1915, this home has been completely renovated and decorated by world famous Jane Coslick July 2021.

Quiet neighborhood walking distance(but bicycles are ideal) from bars, restaurants, shopping, beach, boat ramp, and of course the back river

Bicycle or golf cart is ideal.

Really Lovely!

We had an amazing family gather at this home and the views and sunsets were top notch. The house is beautifully appointed and maintained. All the modern conveniences combined with the cottage feel that is the throwback you are looking for. We brought our 2 boats to the dock to appreciate life on the water but fishing off the dock offered plenty of excitement. It is really quiet and serene on the Back River but Tybee’s busier thoroughfare is a very short walk from this location. This was our first Thanksgiving week at Tybee and I was really thrilled with the ease of restaurant options compared to summer. Thanks to our gracious host for being easy to reach and accommodating about our requests. Don’t hesitate to book Bleu Breezes!

Immaculate with a great view!!!

One of the cleanest, well decorated homes we have stayed in in quite a while. In a time where everyone wants to rent vacation property, it's rare to find a place anymore that feels like home. Truly an awesome stay. Every room of the home was decorated, clean and well stocked. The view was great and we had dolphins 10 feet off the end of the dock while we were having coffee in the mornings. Absolutely loved our stay here.

Lovely, comfortable home

Waking up to the beautiful view of the river was a wonderful treat. Jim’s house is so comfortable - the AC, the sofa, the chairs, the beds. I will happily rebook for my next visit to Tybee.

Wonderful Tybee stay

We loved our stay at Bleu Breezes! The location is amazing, the back water creates a constant breeze which we enjoyed every day. The house is so cute, plenty of room for our family of 4. The guest house was a nice addition. We would love to come here again.

Of all the years we've been coming to Tybee, Bleu Breezes is far and away the best!

Bleu Breezes is far and aways the best place we have ever stayed at in Tybee or elsewhere in Georgia. The home was immaculate upon our move-in. The sunset view on the river was spectacular. The home was roomy and very comfortable. It is located in a very convenient part of town and we walked everywhere. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Jim, the owner. If we could rate it above five stars, we would do so.

Perfect Vacation Accommodations

What an exceptional experience! The house is beautifully designed and deceptively roomy—everything you might need is provided and the entire house is sparkling clean. With ten in our party, there is room to accommodate all without stumbling over each other. The dock and floating dock on the river are well maintained and an endless diversion for kids with fishing poles—plenty of room to sunbath, and shaded areas if preferred. All of this within walking distance to restaurants and beach on the Atlantic side of the island. One of our families most memorable vacations. We will DEFINITELY book again!

A Slice of Paradise at Bleu Breezes

Our stay at Bleu Breezes on Tybee Island was magical! This charming cottage offers comfort, beauty, and relaxation that exceeded our expectations. The spacious house is well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Its open layout, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen easily accommodated our large family. The separate guest house provides extra privacy when needed. Bleu Breezes' stunning location is its best feature. Facing Tybee Creek, it offers breathtaking westward views. We spent hours on the large dock, enjoying daily dolphin sightings and spectacular sunsets - a nature lover's dream! Jim, the owner, is incredibly responsive and attentive, quickly addressing any questions or concerns. When Hurricane Helene passed by before our stay, Jim went above and beyond to keep us updated on the house and our pending trip. In summary, Bleu Breezes offers beauty, serenity, and comfort at its best. It's the perfect way to experience Tybee Island's charm. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Place on Tybee Island

We would definitely return to this beautiful home on Tybee Island. Spacious and updated, with great porches and a guest house, we felt right at home with our family of 8. We HIGHLY recommend! Jim the owner was very responsive the few times we needed him. The home faces Tybee Creek, looking west. The large dock was our favorite place to hang out. We literally saw dolphins every day, caught some fish and viewed beautiful sunsets each evening. Amazing! A short walk or drive to the beach for some nice ocean waves - we enjoyed the south beach area. Tybee Island - Be prepared to pay for parking wherever you go on the island. The Tybee parking app makes it easy. We enjoyed several great seafood restaurants in town - Bubba Gumbo, Crab Shack and Stingrays were our favs. Fun shops in town also. Definitely we will return to this home!

Bleu Breeze

Bleu Breeze is a beautiful home on the back river of Tybee Island. If you only come to sit on the dock and watch the sunset, that alone is worth the money. Walking distance to the back river Beach. The dock is wonderful, we bought our boat down with us, which was nice to have. The back river gets a lot of boat traffic, bring extra fenders for your boat, but otherwise it was fine. The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. Jim, the owner/manager of the property was always very responsive both before our stay and during. There was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi that was operator error on our part but he responded quickly and helped us get it going. We will definitely come back and rent the same house again.

Absolutely amazing!

What a perfect way to start out 2024! This extraordinary home and location did not disappoint! The sunsets were outstanding and dolphin watching was a daily pleasure. This is a beautiful home!! Very sound and quiet. Everything you need is here and then some! Beds were extremely comfortable. Exceeded our expectations in all ways possible. We would definitely rent again, and would recommend anyone coming to Tybee to do the same! Jim was a very hands-on host and we appreciated his quick response in emails, texts, etc. Can’t thank you enough for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and starting off our new year. Thank you again and we will look forward to coming back again sometime this year.

Tybee Island Retreat

Beautiful house on the back side of Tybee Island. Short walk to the beach and sunrise views and the sunset views from the dock were absolutely beautiful. If you are looking g for a peaceful place to stay, this would fit the bill.

Comfy, well appointed - 2nd stay !

The 6 of us have now stayed at Bleu Breezes 2 consecutive years, traveling to Tybee from NC, VA and Ohio. It never disappoints us nor does Jim the owner. We love the screened porch, the open deck and the dock to choose from. All of us are very happy to be there enjoying each other's friendship. All of the beds are very comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. It is great that there is a bedroom ensuite downstairs plus the half bath . The kitchen has everything needed for us to cook . I strongly recommend Bleu Breezes and we will return again.

Beauty, Serenity and Comfort at its Best

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is completely charming. It has everything you could possibly need. Our host Jim was the best and available any time we had a question. The view from the back porches and dock unmatched. We spent every evening watching the sunset over the river. Plenty of room and a beautiful place to just lay back, relax and enjoy Tybee Island. It’s a short walk to the pier or too many access points along the way. We would stay here again and again. Promise / you will love it!

EXHALE: A beautiful beginning to a new stage of my life.

This was my second stay at Bleu Breezes. The first stay was a perfect experience for my dying husband. He was a salt water baby, and was able to enjoy a family meal and fishing day on the back deck before his passing at the hospital. The dining table is large enough for our family gatherings. This last visit was a chance for all my husbands friends and family to say goodbye during his Celebration of Life. I was able to fully appreciate the stay. We had several fishing days from the dock, many family dinners. Everyone that travelled to Savannah for the event had there own places, but all ended coming to Bleu Breezes to enjoy the stunning views and quiet surroundings. The cool breezes were enough to keep the gnats a bay the entire stay. The character of this older home brings back the nostalgia of years when life was more at ease. When you arrive you take a deep breathe, and have a long exhale with a smile on your face. The covered porches were our sanctuary from the midday sun, and the sleeping porch lured its residents to multiple naps. We were serenaded each morning by a happy mockingbird. The beds provided a restful sleep which I had not experienced since my husbands death months earlier. I have rented many different places over the years at Tybee, and this by far is my favorite. I enjoy this little slice of heaven and will continue to do so when time allows.

Great St. Patricks day stay

Beautiful property and a great location. We had a big group and this home has it all. The sunsets are amazing and we saw dolphins several days. The weather was cool but we played cards at the big table a d ate alot of great meals at all the local establishments. Thanks Jim for a great St. Patty's day stay.

Beautiful Property Super Relaxing!!

My twin sister and I celebrated our birthday along with our families at Bleu Breezes. We completely and totally enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The view of the river can not be beat and the dock is so relaxing especially to watch the sun set. The owner was accessible and very accommodating which we very much appreciated. We highly recommend Bleu Breezes and hope to be back in the near future!

Excellent Place

This was everything it promised. We fished off the docks and caught fish and crabs. We saw dolphins swim by in the morning and evenings. It was a easy quick ride to the beach. Jim was a great host, getting back to me quickly on all messages. The place was amazing as well.

Jim was born and raised in savannah and grew up spending summers at Tybee on the back river. Bleu Breezes has rekindled the wonderful times enjoyed over those years. The proerty is located located directly on Tybees backriver just steps from my familys summer home. Salt water, sand, cockspers(which i hated), waves etc...

This property represents the very essence of old Tybee. It has been completely renovated with all new accoutrements while maintaining the charm of old world construction. It is walking distance to the center of downtown Tybee and beach. One of only a few waterfront homes available with a dock. Fantastic spot for "Riding the tide"(see description). Incredible breezes and sunset views.
