In the heart of Provence's capital, Avignon, our home awaits.
Fully renovated in 2023. It boost a patio and a terrace. Its pedestrian location with amenities within minutes give you with a village feeling in town. Centralized AC and sound proof walls guarantee peaceful nights.

Perfect for a 360 degree discovery of South of France.
The house is organised around the original central staircase. On your right after entering you have a closet to set your vest and shoes. The laundry room is next to it with washer and dryer. A small corridor brings you to the kitchen and the secluded patio at the bottom of the staircase. Both have a table which can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with American sized fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffer machine, oven and induction cooking, wine fridge and 18 pieces table service.
On the 1st floor are the 2 living rooms: One with a 75" TV and access to Netflix. The other one leads to the bridge onto the private 24 sqm terrace with a plancha BBQ, an 8 persons table and a lounging area .
On the 3rd floor the master bedroom walking in closet, toilet and queen size/160x200cm bed from EMMA brand hotel collection and the bathroom with bath tube on one side. On the other side of the landing the twin bedroom with 90x200cm beds, USB charging dock, walk-in closet, 1/2 bathroom.
The 4th floor is like a private apartment within the house and under the slanted roof. In addition to the queen size/160x200cm bed the bedroom has a desk and 2 wide independent closets. The bathroom is located on the other side of the private landing with a large shower and 2 theater like wash basins lights with anti fog and choice of lighting .
The house is fully accessible apart from the attic and a service room on the ground floor.
The house as a parking space in front of the entrance. However, its access is limited by the city rules for accessing pedestrian areas with cars. Currently, it is only between 5am and 11am. Public parking are very close and very easy to access once.
The house has AC and sound proof walls. WIFI thru out, 75" TV with Netflix, bluetooth speakers in the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, a 10sqm patio and a large 24sqm terrace with plancha bbq in the pedestrian heart of a UNESCO labelled historical town.
Once in the house you are literally 30" away or less from the heart of the pedestrian area in the center of a very cute public square with a café, a bakery and a fruit and veggie stall. Within 5 minutes you can reach 3 other squares and dozens of shoppes, restaurants, cafés.
The whole city and its cultural wonders like the palace of the Popes, the Historical Pont d'Avignon bridge, the former cardinal palace transformed into the city public library and dozens of chapels now museums or art galleries can be all discovered while strolling within the city walls dating back from the 14s century.
