TOP-FLOOR Oceanfront just listed for 2024!!

As a gesture of our appreciation, we offer a discount for military, teachers, nurses, and first responders.

Enjoy crashing waves and dolphin sightings from your top-floor private balcony! Situated directly on the majestic Atlantic Ocean, the condo has a queen bed, bunk beds, a full kitchen, and laundry (luxury air mattress is available for additional guests). Creature comforts such as high-speed internet, up-to-date entertainment systems (including Netflix, etc.), shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, coffee and tea provided. Two parking spaces are included. Condo is quietly nestled adjacent to the beautiful Ft. Fisher National Historic Site & Beach. The only noise at night is the ocean lulling you to sleep. Magnificent sunrises await you. Swim, surf, or fish directly from the private beach outside your door. Towels, kitchen items and linens are all provided. Condo has fresh paint, stainless steel appliances, and new flooring. Private beach access and swimming pool. Footsteps to Fort Fisher and the NC aquarium, and a bike ride to Kure Beach restaurants. 2 miles to the ferry for day trips to Southport. A short drive will take you to the Carolina Beach boardwalk and nightlife! Come experience this tranquil beach setting- You've earned it! 🏖️🌞 🌊

Great Beach Rental

This was a wonderful property for me, my wife, and two boys for our summer vacation. It had a great view of the ocean, while also being steps to the beach where it was perfect for daily walks and enjoying the sunrise and sunset. Laura, the host, was wonderful and we would certainly stay again.

Great Views!

We had such a relaxing getaway and enjoyed every moment of our stay! We loved watching the dolphins in the morning, walking over to Ft. Fisher, being steps from the ocean and relaxing on the large sofa to watch movies at night. Laura was so friendly and attentive!

Family vacation

We are a family of 6. The property was beautiful. The view was amazing. We enjoyed seeing the Dolphins in the mornings. Definitely would love to come back and visit again.

Great stay

Cannot say enough good things- from layout to cleanliness and decor to the owners availability for any questions. The beach was beautiful and private too. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed for a relaxing stay

We had a very relaxing stay because Laura is such a good host! The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you need plus extra welcoming snacks. And of course it’s always wonderful to have the ocean just off your balcony.

Best Hospitality Ever

This condo was great. We go to Kure Beach every year. The view is incredible. You are extremely close to the ocean. The pool is very nice. What made our trip this year was Laura, the host, she gave us recommendations that we had never done before. We stayed the day after a tropical storm went through. She kept us well informed and went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable vacation. I would give her and her condo 100 stars!! Thank you Laura for sharing your home with me and my family.

Wonderful beachfront condo!

The whole process from beginning to end was excellent! We spent almost a week here and were so sad to have it end. Laura was wonderful to work with and very accommodating and responsive. Definitely a memorable vacation for us and one we hope to repeat! Thank you!!
