Mountain Views: Freshly renovated, quiet and spacious studio loft in private neighborhood. Close to coffee shops, grocery stores, and quick access to major highways. 500 sqft open concept. Laundry, Fast Internet, Cable TV and streaming services. Additionally, if you like oranges and avocados we grow them on the property (Seasonal of course). We also have a chicken coop and fresh eggs on request.

We had a great stay at this clean, cozy and comfortable loft! The views cannot be over-exaggerated! Josh was very responsive and helpful, beds were comfy, water hot, appliances worked great. Definitely recommend!

The location is peaceful and private and felt safe away from too much hum and noise of the commercial areas. Very gorgeous views every direction you look out with adorable chickens in the back yard. Our host Josh was friendly and understanding. The property being pet friendly was a part of why we chose this rental but we didn't end up bringing our cat because of his sensitive health. The property does have a cat that we saw in the yard. Cute rabbits and lots of beautiful birds and wildlife in the trees. The driveway had convenient parking right out front and no walking by traffic except for the neighborhoods residents. Cute side patio for use was nice to sit outside at night. Air conditioner works well to keep the space cool, works even better if the shades are left down to keep out sun. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with coffee and utensils for making simple meals.

It was the best experience we have had with a Vrbo stay. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful with check in. The cleanliness was better than any hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was ready to use from dishes to laundry. If you are looking for a great and safe place to stay in San Diego this is it! I forgot to mention the views! Anywhere you are standing you have a beautiful view of San Diego.

Fantasic spot to stay

This spot has everything. Fridge, freezer, well appointed kitchen. Well cared for. View. The Owners were very communicative and helpful. You definitely want to stay here!If I had any tip for future vrbo’ers it would be this place can be a bit hard to find. Had to drive the maze a few times to remember it. But the owners were helpful in that also, leaving a video guide to help, and even walking me in the first night

Our stay in the Loft at Mt. Helix

The Loft is a studio apartment with one double bed and trundle.The coffee pot had old coffee in the basket and the glass carafe was stained. Other than that, the apartment was very clean.Since we used the place to only sleeep at night, it was very adequate for us.

I booked a trip to stay near my family for the holidays. I was pleased to hear it was okay to bring my two small dogs. The loft is absolutely stunning with amazing views and the perfect size for a couple and some furbabies. The owner was very communicative throughout the entire process and made sure we were comfortable. I will definitely book again in the future!

Quiet and very clean!

My family and I needed a place to stay locally as we had to temporarily relocate after a water leak at our home close by. Everything we need was there to cook with, and keep up with laundry etc. Comfortable beds, good people, and amazing views!

Great short stay

Stayed two nights with our family to visit the area. This small studio is out in a quiet area. Perfect for our needs. Views are beautiful.

Needs improvement

We stayed 5 nites. There's no cliset to hang clothes or dresser to put clothis in. We had to luve out of our suitcase for the week. Bed is too small. I think its a double. Property manager was great! We had issues with TV and he had it fixed immediately. The coffee maker was broken and we had a new one the next morning. We brought our dog and taking her out at night was tough because there was no lighting on the side of the house.

Beautiful Loft in San Diego, Perfect for a Relaxing Stay with my kitties!

As I travel from Seattle to San Diego, I needed a place for my two kitties while preparing for our new apartment. I found this beautiful loft on Vrbo and absolutely loved it! Josh, the host, is kind, respectful, and provides detailed answers to any questions, making communication easy. The place is amazing, perfect for relaxing after a hectic life, and my cats felt calm too. It’s a peaceful spot with great amenities like Wi-Fi, laundry, toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials. The check-in process was smooth, though it's a bit pricey. It’s ideal for up to four people with pets, and the place itself is truly magnificent.

Nice and convenient

Stayed for 5 days as our home remodel was not completed on time. Close to our house and everything we needed. Attentive host and very clean. Enjoyed the bottle of wine left for us. Thanks Josh!
