Beautiful Family Home w/gym and sauna- minutes from the airport

Space for everyone to enjoy themselves and relax. Ample seating for guest and a beautiful entertaining kitchen w/ two ovens. An up to date gym with TV and sauna to warm up during the cold winter months.
The upstairs king bed (3rd floor) has breathtaking views of the sunrise and mountain range. The upstairs queen (3rd floor) shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the master king.
The main living space is on the second floor has a half-bath for guest, spacious kitchen, living room and second seating area by the kitchen.
The first floor is equipped with a mother inlaw suite, two extra guest bedrooms, a gym, sauna and full bath.
Located minutes from the airport with plenty of trails and restaurants nearby.

We were very happy with this house for our stay. Lots of room for hanging out and good size bedrooms. Enough parking for three cars. Two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms (plus a gym room) in the bottom level. It is more of split level home. Owner was very responsive.

We stayed at this lovely home while in Anchorage for our son’s wedding. The house was perfect for all our family and had many things to offer and make our stay comfortable and fun!! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Anchorage!

The house was amazing… the pictures don’t do it justice! My party of 10 loved staying here and everyone had their own space, but could also enjoy time together, especially with all of the games provided. The house was centrally located, with almost everywhere we went being about 10 minutes away in various directions. We even saw a moose out front!
Large male moose… just a few doors down.

Alaskan wedding adventure

The home was beautiful Everything was as described and more. Kitchen dining and living space on 1st floor perfect for our group of 7 . Bedrooms and in law space were great . Pre cruise adventure.

We came in 3 days before our cruise. family members came in at different times making the location perfect, less than 15 minutes to airport. Space was awesome for a large family. Central location. We would definitely rent again. Nice amenitiesTowels sheets shampoos.. everything we needed to start our vacation. We drove to Seward one day and explored downtown anchorage another day. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great space for a family get together

We had a great stay here--we had 4 adults and 6 kids all comfortably settled in this lovely house. The kitchen and living space are truly wonderful, it's a jaw dropper when you first walk through the doors. We loved the back decks and enjoyed a lot of outdoor time here. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for us. Great space for a larger group looking for a great place to stay together.

Great Family Space

This property is ideal for more than one family. It has a great open living area with plenty of seating, well stocked kitchen, and huge tv. The house is tucked away in a quiet corner of the neighborhood with a pond view. We visit Anchorage periodically for family reunions and would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay

My family loves to eat home made food and this house was equipped with everything we needed for our Indian cooking. Our first time visit to Alaska was awesome. The location of this house is so convenient to the airport and other shopping areas. My whole family loved the house.

Great family gathering stay

We had a wonderful stay family from all over the state came together. It was conveniently located for everyone to do the things that need to be done while in Anchorage. The kitchen was so well outfitted we decided to cook family meals instead of eating out. We were also able to check in early and check out late.

Thanksgiving family gathering

It was the perfect house to have a family gathering for thanksgiving! Beautiful views of the mountains, well stocked house, very clean. Lots of room for adults and children to visit/play (jigsaw puzzles/gingerbread houses and football games to watch). Kitchen was fantastic for making our traditional Thanksgiving meal along with all the others!

Beautiful house to stay

The house is spacious, room layout is good and it is well equipped. The landlady is very nice and helpful. We have spent a very nice five weeks in the house.

Beautiful Home in a Convenient Location!

We loved our stay at Kate's house! We were a group of 9 adults and everyone had plenty of space and comfortable beds at night. The location is very convenient (only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Anchorage) and on a very quiet residential street which was perfect for coming home after a long day of adventures. Kate was communicative, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire experience and even gave us some recommendations for restaurants in the city. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Alaska!
