Cascade Vista is a beautiful, modern townhome with floor-to-ceiling windows featuring views of the Columbia River in downtown Hood River. Check the wind while you enjoy morning coffee from the deck off the main living room. Three bedrooms, and 2 1/2 bathrooms, with room to flow, the home accommodates 6. Master with a king and 3/4 bath. Guest room with a Queen bed and a full bath. 2nd guest room with a Queen size bed. There are 2 extra single mattresses in the store room if you need to put a few kids on the floor. You will be a short, downtown walk to any of the City's most exceptional eateries. Across the parking lot from Full Sail. And only a skip to the waterfront. Lic #740 Sorry no AMEX.

My family had a mini reunion in Hood River after Thanksgiving to memorialize my aunt who recently passed. This property provided the perfect place for us to stay and enjoy Hood River. I would have to say the quality was top-notch and communication was pristine.

Looking to see if you can adjust the price on the house. We just stayed at and hopefully also adjust your listing for future guest's We were expecting 4 bedrooms as the post lists however there were only 3 beds/bedrooms.

Great place to stay in HR!

Can't beat the location. Close to everything and a beautiful view! We stayed here with a group of close friends and there was plenty of space for everyone for visiting, cooking, eating, etc. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere! My only small complaint is that there are no full-length mirrors anywhere and we were all dressing for a wedding (we tried our best using the glass doors) so that would have been helpful.

Beautiful house! Nice location and equipped with everything you could need. Parking was an issue because of the Hop Fest and the wonderful weather.

Great location and home

Great location, beautiful home, convenient! Spacious and great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Great host! Of note, one bedroom does not have a door (just screens that are not sound proof) so keep this in mind if all members of the group aren’t close friends. Make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash as this was limited in the home.

Great location.

Not 100% pleased with our stay but it was adequate. The rules and cleaning guidelines were above and beyond and had not been in the listing. I thought that was what we paid the $200 cleaning fee for! Condo was fine but linens and towels were tired. There was also one key for five people. Not user friendly. Location was outstanding.

In town for a weekend.

Excellent property in ideal location for walking to the majority of shops/restaurants/wineries/breweries. Will look to stay there again the next time we are in Hood River.

Great Place but...

Overall great location, and beautiful property but room for improvement as the TV was Roku based only with a PIN required, PIN wasn't provided upon request (listed as smart tv). Used coffee filter was left in pot, item was left in freezer. Towels were provided but no wash clothes. Beautiful weekend while we were there and patio furniture did not have cushions as shown in listing. Little to no response from property manager.

Hood River weekend

Needed to find a close-in place for family to visit and explore the area. This unit had excellent parking, short walks to restaurants and river walk, and overall perfect setting. Lots of family time and time to enjoy the kitchen and living areas ... but our 2-year old great-nephew had to be watched carefully -- lots of stairs here. Overall a great visit and we'll return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything we could have needed and wanted. Super comfy beds, extremely well furnished/stocked.

Fantastic Townhouse

This home was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. It was beautiful and a great location. Furniture was very comfortable. I stayed with two friends I hadn’t seen in a while. We had a wonderful time shopping in town, at the Saturday market, and visiting farms on the fruit loop. Highly recommend. Owner made it a point to say they are very available if we have any questions. Never needed anything though. Very well done.

Great location!

Beautiful views and a very short walk to downtown Hood River! We would definitely stay again. The only downfall is if you stay in the bedroom on the lowest floor--there is a sink, but no toilet.

Great location, walk to everything downtown.

Perfect location with a view. Walk to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. We didn't use the kitchen, but it appeared to be well equipped, cooking oil and spices included. Perfect for two couples with nice beds and bathrooms . Lower level would be ideal for kids. Word of caution: the beautiful wood floors and stairs are very slick if you're in socks. Fine if barefoot or in shoes.
