Are you searching for a private cabin getaway by the Frio River in the heart of Concan? Look no further than "Stonehaven." This charming bungalow perfectly captures the essence of a delightful river cabin. Just a short walk from the sparkling waters of the Frio River, Stonehaven comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The cabin is conveniently located just off River Road.comfortably has room for four. The cabin is located just off River Road.

To help keep your rental costs down, guests can bring their own linens and towels. We also offer the option to rent them for an additional fee. If you would like to rent linens and towels for your stay, please provide us with at least four weeks' notice before your arrival. Please note that beds will not be made for guests. Additionally, we have a limited supply of linens and towels and cannot guarantee their availability. All King, Queen and Full beds include two towels and will be charged at $24 dollars per bed. All twin beds will include one towel per bed and will be charged at $12.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

• Daily garbage pick up service

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper

Stonehaven on the Frio

We love it here this was our first stay in this particular little rental and we absolutely will be back! The location is perfect .

Little getaway

Went to the frio for labor day weekend and had an amazing stay. House is clean and perfectly located. The frio is a short walk behind the house. Would stay here again.

Wasted alot of time trying to make it work. Prefer to have easier access for elderly people.

Enjoyed the stay. Very pleasant area and welcoming reception. The only misleading was it is true river 2 minutes away, but you cannot get to it. It was locked private property. Im not sure if it was because off season. Just check before you rent.

Glad you enjoyed your stay, and thank you for the review. I'm sorry you had issues with the river access. There is an unlocked gate and a walking path to the river that is for homeowners and guests in that area. That gate stays unlocked. The other locked gate that is big enough to drive through is for homeowners only.
