This listing is for a full property buyout. This buyout includes the Carraige House and Courtyard Room, the Three Bedroom Cottage and the Barbados Bungalow. You will have private access to both courtyards as well as the hot tub with no other guests onsite. This is a great option for Family Reunions, Wedding Parties and other large groups visiting New Orleans; see room breakout below.

It is the perfect spot to enjoy the melting pot of culture that makes New Orleans such a vibrant and exciting place to visit.

Getting Around:
Our property is located in walking distance to the historic street car line. New Orleans also has ride share services, Uber and Lyft as well as taxi services and a city bus system.

Best place my 50 birthday bash!

Highly recommend this property. Tons of space and privacy. The property had a wonderful energy to it. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a very easy walk to the French Quarter.

Great location, clean and adorable house. Also really appreciate her communicating so well and being accommodating. We were even able to do a late check out to accommodate each persons different flight departure. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location/Property

Gracious and accommodating host with a phenomenal property. If you want to be with family and friends but would still like a little privacy, these accommodations are perfect! Loved the neighborhood and had such a great time exploring. Easy walk to the French Quarter and Bywater neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again!

Don’t Miss Out!!!

This place is amazing! Full of New Orleans character and perfect for a large group! We enjoyed being all together. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we make our way back to the Big Easy! If you like a good breakfast or brunch, walk 200 ft. Up to Horn’s Eatery. You won’t regret it.

Great Property and Location

My group and I had an amazing time in New Orleans and at this property! It was just as advertised and the owners were very responsive and helpful. It was in a great location, just minutes from Frenchmen and a short walk to Bourbon street. Would absolutely recommend it to a friend

We booked the whole property and it was perfect for our large group! The grounds were beautiful and each building had its own NOLA character. We appreciated how easy it was to contact the property when needed (wasn’t needed much), and how everything was clearly outline in the emails provided upon check-in and check-out. Wonderful property

Our expectations were exceeded during our stay here. All of the rooms were clean, staff were responsive, and the location is prime. It's an easy walk to the French quarter, but far enough that it's a quiet street. The kitchen has ample dishware and cookware. Couldn't recommend enough, especially for a large group.

September Wedding

It is absolutely wonderful, our whole party of 10 had plenty of rooms and beds. We spread out when we needed privacy and could all be together in main house and patios when we wanted to. Highly recommend! Clean and comfortable beds!

Birthday Trip

What a great unit for a large group. We had 13 and it was the perfect space for all of us. Everyone had their own space and it never felt crowded. The house was close to the Quarter and Frenchmen Street. We walked often and always felt safe, even at night but we were a large group.

Group NOLA Trip

Staying here was amazing! The property is beautiful and worked for our group of 13. We ate breakfast everyday at the Little Horn which is only 2 houses down and had great food! The property was only a 20 minute walk from Jackson Square and it was honestly the perfect place! We all kept saying how we would suggest this place to everyone who planned to come to New Orleans with a group. Would definitely stay here again.

Beyond Perfection

The only word I can use to describe this property fully is "magical". Our stay was amazing, and was heightened by the beauty of the property, the cleanliness and beautiful nature of the space, and the helpfulness of the host. I could not recommend this space highly enough.

Beautiful villa in convenient location

We had a beautiful time. The property is incredible and we loved the outdoor cat. The property manager was highly communicative and met all of our needs. All of the houses and bungalows created a beautiful ambiance and we enjoyed our stay! It was unfortunate that the hot tub was not working, but we appreciated the owners communication about the issue with us. We would stay again!

Great place for a group in the Marigny!

This property is a great option for a big family/friend group. Plenty of space, good open areas in the main house for people to gather, while still having separate spaces when you want some privacy. Pics are accurate, and the hot tub is a nice touch. There are lots of good spots to eat and drink in easy walking distance. The host is EXTREMELY responsive and helpful with any questions/requests. Definitely recommeneded.
