Location: Located on the 10th Floor

San Carlos 1004 is located on the 10th floor and is Gulf Front. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Everything about the San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible, including the highly desirable zero-entry pool perfect for the entire family. This huge 1407-square-foot condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This smoke-free unit features a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in Guest bedroom 1, and a Queen in bedroom 3. Unit 1004 has modern and contemporary decor/furnishings and a full-size washer and dryer. Monthly stays are available from November until March. Parking is at a premium, so a 2-car limit is strictly enforced.

The condo was very comfortable. I appreciate the comfortable furniture. The cleanliness was good. I did notice some dirty silverware. The view was great. The mattress in the master needs to be upgraded/replaced. There were some plumbing issues-stopped up toilet in the master and the dishwasher did not run properly. A maintenance person just walked into the condo one afternoon without us even answering the door. He was at the wrong condo. Overall I was pleased with the condo and will stay there again.

Like the location, like San Carlos condominiums. Prickett is very easy to work with. Price was fair. Housekeeping could have been a little better. Floors were dirty, sandy, etc. Overall however, I would stay in this unit again.

Loved it!

Would definitely stay here again! So close to the beach and surrounding businesses. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook several meals. Even had a hand mixer! Definitely exceeded our expectations!

Great location

We loved staying here! It was clean and everything was as promised when we arrived. There was a problem with the washer but I went to the front desk, they made a call to the property manager, and someone was there within the hour and got it going for us. The location was great being so close to so many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We were concerned being on the 10th floor with the elevator but usually there was very little wait time for the elevator. We loved the view and enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay again!

Wonderful Gulf

The stay was great the bed was a little hard and the air didn’t work as well but overall we had a nice stay. The the whole beach concept.
