The space
There is a large banquet room with tables and chairs available for your guests to visit.

The large kitchen area is perfect for a potluck or group get together. Refrigerator, Kuerig Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Maker, 30 cup coffee maker, 1970's electric skillet, electric stove & microwave and Toaster with double sink provided.

New outdoor gas grill.

Kitchen towels and wash cloths, Bath towels and wash cloths, Fresh sheets pillows and pillow cases with blankets, all bedding provided.

NO SMOKING/NO ANIMALS as per insurance restrictions allowed anywhere on the property.

Guest access
Guests will have EXCLUSIVE access to their secured PRIVATE BEDROOM/PRIVATE BATH & SHOWER, along with the kitchen area/gaming room and banquet room.

Washer/Dryer with Detergent and Dryer Sheets available and included with request for stays longer than 2 days.

NO ONE WILL SHARE ANY OF THE AREAS WITH YOU DURING YOUR ENTIRE STAY.

Other things to note
Clear Lake is 15 minutes straight east on Highway 18, boating swimming, dining, entertainment and shopping available in Clear Lake!
Also, Eagle Lake State Park is a short drive, a few minutes North 2 miles, to a nice open play area for kids along with a shelter house with grills free for public use.

Wonderful stay

The venue has been newly renovated and very clean. There is a lot of interesting community history on the walls that my family enjoyed reading. I very much recommend staying here if you staying in Hancock County.

Larry’s place is a perfect addition if you are planning a wedding in Duncan. Extra space and amenities that the family and wedding parties need. Perfect place for smaller gatherings and great location.

Always a wonderful stay!

We have rented this property for a few years now and every time, it is perfect for our group. Owner is very responsive and instructions are clear. Property is clean and lots of entertainment for your group (juke box, pool table, pinball machines, board games, TV, etc). There's 2 refrigerators and an oven and stove also. Recommend this property hands down!

Wedding rental

We rented this for our groomsmen to get ready for our wedding. It was an awesome spot and worked super well. The guys said it was one of the coolest places they had stayed. Larry was great and communicated well.

Wonderful!

Communication with manager was great. Check-in/out was a breeze. Wonderful location for a family get together and plenty of space. Full kitchen furnished with dishes, etc. Working jukebox and arcade games adds to the entertainment. Interesting history of the area on the walls for decoration. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Great community room

Very affordable and great size for a small gathering. Very fun for kids and teens! We loved the retro jukebox and pinball machines! Projector was fun but it wasnt very cozy to watch movies or tv. Interesting set up for sure, not sure why there was kitchen stuff in each of the bedrooms but maybe that works different for others

Super Stay, if only the shower was better, it would be a 5!!!!

Super fun place to stay for us and convenient to the church and hall for a wedding in Duncan. The only problem was that the water pressure was bad, making it hard to wash shampoo out of hair. No, we didn't call maintenance as we needed it 'now' and had to make do. Super great for family and friends to come meet up for an hour or two. Would do it again! (if the host fixes the water pressure, it will be a 5 star stay)

super fun place for family

wow where to start. this place was for sure family friendly. had a blast playing the juke box, arcades, and all other games. had a wonderful time felt like I was at home. communication with the owner was perfect. within minutes he would answer my messages. checking in and out was a breeze. the only suggestion i have is that he gets La Bamba LOL CLear Lake is only 20 minutes away and the buddy holly, big booper, richie valens, and Roger Peterson site. really got my family excited to watch some good old american history. thank you for an amazing place and for sure I will be a repeat customer.

Nostalgic retreat

Awesome and unique decor. Pleanty of room and things to keep the kids entertained. Loved the old school pinball, pacman, and juke box. So good that the kids literally cried when it was time to leave. Will definitely stay here again.
