Exceeded our expectations

This penthouse far exceeded our entire family's expectations (all 5 of us)! It was a slice of heaven and even more beautiful and breathtaking once you are there. One of our best trips so far! Location was also ideal and very centrally located. Eduardo and Veronica were also beyond helpful prior to our stay. They helped provide info on chefs, restaurants, etc and check in and check out was so easy. Could not recommend this place enough! We will be back for sure!

Property was dirty when we arrived including old food still stuck to silverware, spoons, plates and coffee mugs.There was only 3 wine glasses for people staying at property. We had to ask for more. None of the ceilings fans in the property worked in any room.Everything was just minimalized. No wash cloths, minimum towels in bathroom, little toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels. Just not what you would expect for this amount of money.Only 1 out of 3 TV's worked during our two week stay. Two of of three bathroom toilets did not work.Pillows were flat and very cheap and we had stains on our primary bedroom bedding.Local construction was horrible and dust was everywhere. Could not have windows open or main sliding doors open to patio because of dust.We have traveled all over the world and also have owned multiple properties and we have never experienced this level based on what were we paying. Owners took a long time to respond since they were not in the country and local host was a young, inexperienced and had little time to help us.Overall very poor for the price. I would never stay at this property again based on this service.

Despite receiving a special discount, the guests raised constant complaints throughout their stay. Our team was available at all times and addressed every request, including matters beyond our control such as nearby construction (not within our property). As a courtesy, we provided complimentary cleaning service every other day. As with any beachfront rental, maintenance issues may arise due to weather and constant use. When the guests reported issues with the TVs and one toilet, we immediately sent professional technicians to resolve them. Guests who stayed just weeks before left 5-star reviews praising our hospitality. The guests requested multiple additional amenities not included in our standard offering (extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, wine glasses, etc.), all of which were provided. However, their main focus appeared to be obtaining a refund regardless of the solutions provided. As Superhosts with exceptional ratings across all platforms, our reviews speak for themselves. We have message records documenting our constant responsiveness. Unfortunately, we do not expect a positive review from this guest and we respectfully request that the appropriate department conduct a thorough review of this case, taking into account the responsibilities of all parties involved. This was one of the most challenging and unpleasant hosting experiences we have had.

Fantastic condo - highly recommend!

Patricia's condo is amazing! The pictures perfectly capture every aspect of property. It's modern, very clean, and spacious. Patricia and Fernanda were very responsive to our needs. Everyone in our family had room to spread out and have our quiet spaces, but we also had plenty of space to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. When a lighter was missing to light the fire pit on the roof, Patricia immediately had one delivered. We spent lots of time on the vast balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach. The condo is very close to grocery stores, a mall, restaurants and Centro. I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this condo!
