One of the most amazing features of this gulf front condo is the gulf front deck! It is HUGE!! 22' Wide by 11' Deep! Wow! One of the largest decks on the island!! The perfect spot to enjoy gulf breezes and amazing gulf views!!

The living room overlooks the beautiful shimmering turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters and is very spacious with lots of comfortable seating.

The building was recently completely re-wired with a designated fiber internet line - the wifi at Summer House is AMAZING now! One of the best connections on the beach!

The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining room sits 6 and 2 more seats are at the kitchen bar.

Bathrooms are equipped with a single set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper. In the kitchen, you'll find a starter supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags, designed to cover your first night's needs. As is standard for vacation rentals in our area, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of amenities, unlike a hotel. Please plan to bring any additional supplies you'll need for the duration of your stay. We're here to help you kick off your vacation with ease—reach out if you have any questions!
