Fabulous location, great place

The location is walking distance to many restaurants, and some attractions. The bed is comfortable, the apartment spacious and well appointed. I would highly recommend this property.

Trip Out West

If you are visiting Cody and it’s just two of you, then look no more. This place is definitely the answer. It felt like home and was close to everything. It was very clean and comfortable and very modern.There were plenty of items stocked in the condo for whatever your needs. From booking to checkout it was great. We had an amazing time, although we had to cut our say short.. If we ever make it back to Cody, there is no other place, hands down!!!

Excellent all the way around. On a scale of one to ten, a ten. Convenient, spacious, upscale, well stocked, great communications. The best! Wish we could’ve taken the place with us for the rest of our vacation.

Nice place. Needs more glasses (one drinking glass and three cocktail glasses). Ice maker not working (needs filter). Check-in instructions should be updated to clearly denote access to dedicated parking in locked chain link area, is indeed behind the unit, but access is via ALLEY and not the street behind the unit.

Best Kept Secret on Cody's Main Street

From the outside it looks like any other storefront property on the main drag in Cody. But go up the stairs and you find paradise. There are skylights, a fireplace, and a kitchen that causes you to drool. Everything is first class and modern. Its also close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that Cody has to offer.

Perfect Location!

We recently stayed at this charming property and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated with fun Wyoming charm. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy and inviting. We loved the see through gas fireplace that we enjoyed from the living room and the kitchen. The skylight in the living room is just amazing. It felt like we were outside looking at the sky. One of the highlights was the balcony that looks out to the main street. We spent a few mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the view. The location was perfect - walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars and directly across from a wonderful little bookstore. The soaker tub was the best way to unwind after the busy days we spent with family and the desk/office area was perfect for getting some work done.The management company is very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions.We would definitely stay here again!

The Clearwater Penthouse could not have been more perfect for our stay in Cody, Wyoming. We chose it after seeing pictures online and it was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. We loved the convenient location in the historic district. We could leave the condo and walk to numerous restaurants, shopping, ice cream and candy shops. The condo is decorated beautifully and is fitting to the Cody area. Kitchen is top of the line. The bed was comfortable. We loved the balcony and sat out on it often during our stay. The condo was spotless when we arrived. Convenient parking was a plus. Contact with the management company was great. They provided us with everything we needed for our stay plus extra information about the area. It is a short drive to the rodeo, Buffalo Bill Museums, Old Trail Town, etc. We would definitely stay here again and have already encouraged friends of ours to consider this condo on a trip to Wyoming.
