Additional Information:
• Strict Quiet Hours Begin at 10 PM – This is a calm, residential area. We do not permit parties or loud gatherings. Guests who violate this policy may be removed by local authorities without refund in accordance with city ordinance.
• The Main House (located on the other side of the garage) may or may not be occupied during your stay. For more space or full privacy, inquire about booking the entire property.
• An optional private suite with a king bed is available for an additional fee, ideal for two extra guests.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $75 pet fee.
