Located 7.5 miles from the Sequoia National Park & 7 miles from Lake Kaweah. All is freshly appointed, with Ideal for groups of 16 +. Pet friendly depending on the breed request details. Property limited to 5 car parking unless agreed to in writing.

It was super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for our family stay. Sittings in the backyard watching the beautiful roaring river was spectacular. You can hear the wonderful river at night with your window open. I definitely recommend this wonderful home to make memories with family and friends.

Lots of space

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was a ton of space for our family to all have as our own. We were only there for three nights, but there was much of this space we didn't use. The kitchen was large and well furnished. The dinning room table was very large, but the chairs all leaned forward. Not a big deal, just not the most comfortable. I would defiantly stay there again if we were in the area.

Great stay!

This house was large enough to accommodate our 12 family members comfortably. We range in age from 10 to 79 and all had enough room. Some of the furniture could use replacements or repairs, but all beds were comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was especially nice for the adults and the deck overlooking the river is beautiful. There were a few issues, but they were addressed/repaired promptly. The house is convenient to Three Rivers village and we enjoyed trips to the Brewery as well as the candy store (Reimers). There is a nice WalMart about 30 minutes from the house. We wish we had known this before our main provision stops on the way in. It was very nice to have a table that accommodated all 12 of us for meals and there are plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. Even the spices were well stocked. The pool table was a big hit and the extra dining table was perfect for our family tradition of 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles. The only issue we could not resolve was the firepit, but by the end of our week, it was too warm to even consider it! The sequoias were awesome and even the teenagers were impressed. Doubt we will ever come this way again, but we would certainly re-book River Dance. Only other caveat is that the 2 twin bedroom has no windows, but the kids were OK with that. Thanks for the great memories!

Great for a large family

This home was perfect for our large group of adults and teenagers. House was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of extra towels and blankets, plenty of space for relaxing, and an amazingly stocked kitchen. We rent homes for our group every Christmas and we have never been to a house that had enough pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee cups and wine glasses. We loved being able to have our group sit all together at the large dining room table. My mother-in-law already booked again for next year!!

Wonderful time with family

We were so happy to have time with our family 14 of us together. House is very spacious, clean and well stocked. Every one enjoyed so much including little ones. I am satisfied to find this house and stay here. Thank you!

Great place for a big group and close to park

This place was top notch. We had a handful of couples along with babies for a long weekend and we had plenty of room spread out. Great place to cook big meals as well as they have a well stocked kitchen. Being so close to the park was a bonus. Would 100% stay again.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My husband and I brought family to the house for a special occasion. When we arrived, the entire downstairs kitchen and living areas were 88 degrees and the AC didn’t work. We tried calling during our stay and leaving a message and never received a call back. We messaged the owners and never received a response either. We couldn’t even open one of the back doors because the screen was completely removed and resting against a wall and bugs were rampant. The backyard was filthy and we found a joint stuffed into one of the tables. There was a big hole in the wall near the stairs, spongey spots in the floor and what appeared to be a blood stain on one of the sheet sets and we chose not to use them while there. The toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom was broken. We had to do a full cleaning of the keurig. It was left with murky water with a horrible odor. The stairs had dead bugs on them and I’m not sure if they were vacuumed at all. I took pictures of most of these things that I’d attach if I could. What a huge disappointment.

Family vacation

We had so much fun. The home was perfect for our family. The creek next to the house was awesome. The only thing was once in the home we ra n put of dishwasher soap and couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Wonderful family vacation

Our large family had a great time staying at this property. The home was clean , quiet, and well appointed, with comfortable rooms and beds. Great kitchen, very organized. The pictures on the website were true to form. Plenty of space to spread out. The back yard is lovely with beautiful views of the river/stream. Lots of hang out space in the back yard as well. Parents of small children need to be aware that there is not fencing between the yard and water~it is all open. (The openness is what makes it beautiful, but just a heads up). A small grocery store is close and convenient. Pam was very pleasant, responsive, helpful, easy to communicate with. Recommend!

This home is an iconic venue in Three Rivers. Located close to the Park entrance and lake. The south fork of the Kaweah river is in your back yard. This home has 7 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, a pool room, badminton, outdoor upper and lower decks, two beautiful grills, areas for those that need to work on vacation, large open dining room with large fully modern kitchen. Your group can be together but still find privacy.
