Located in Cornelius, you're within walking distance to the Lake House Wine Bar & Grill—one of the area's local favorites for lakeside dining, craft cocktails, and sunset views.

Inside, Aqua Vista offers a light-filled, open-concept living space that blends style with function. The spacious living room features a large sectional, flat-screen TV, and sliding doors that open to the patio, inviting the outdoors in. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for group meals, complete with modern appliances and bar seating for three. After cooking, gather around the dining table that seats eight for shared meals and conversation.

This condo comfortably sleeps six guests across three inviting bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a king bed and private en-suite bathroom for a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Two additional queen bedrooms share a beautifully updated hall bath, offering restful accommodations for couples, friends, or family. Thoughtful touches like an in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays a breeze.

🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.

Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
