Former Hotel-Restaurant with Game Room, Ideal for Families

Located at the very beginning of the Perche Regional Park, in the heart of a village just 1h30 from Paris and 1h20 by train from Montparnasse station (station 3 km away), this former hotel-restaurant has been converted into a family guesthouse to offer a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends.

Comfortable and functional, the guesthouse can accommodate 20 people (cribs available for children).

Bed linen provided (beds made upon arrival) and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.

For your stay, you will have access to:

On the ground floor:

A large convivial living room of approximately 70m² with the former typical wooden bar (ice machine, glass washer, beer tap...), a lounge area with large benches, and a "dance floor" space with a Hi-Fi system, lights and a disco ball.

The recently renovated restaurant room of about 50m². You will have the option to set up a single large table or several tables for small, medium, and large groups. Dishes and cutlery for 20 people are provided.

A game room with a pool table and foosball table, offering fun for both children and adults. Comics and a game console are also available. A ping-pong table is available in a covered area.

A professional and functional kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils suitable for large families. Cooking for a large group will be a real pleasure.

1 dormitory with 4 beds, consisting of 2 bunk beds for adults or children (1 shared shower on the first floor and 1 shared toilet on the ground floor).

1 guest toilet.

On the first floor:

4 bedrooms with double beds (140x190 cm).

1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a trundle bed for 2 people (2x80x200 cm).

1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and two bunk beds for 2 children (80x190 cm).

1 independent shower room.

All bedrooms on the first floor have private bathrooms and toilets.

The bedding is professional-grade. Bed linen is provided (beds made upon arrival).

Two cribs are available if needed.

An inner courtyard of approximately 35m² with bistro tables and chairs for relaxing.

Brewery tables and parasols available for outdoor dining.

The house is rented privately, and the entire property is at your disposal.

End-of-stay cleaning (with basic tidying): €200.

The house must be returned tidy: dishes washed and put away, bed linens removed and placed in a designated basket, refrigerator emptied, trash disposed of, and the plancha grill cleaned after use.

Heating, electricity, and water are included in the price.

Additional services may be available, such as beverage provision or catering with delivery of cold buffets.

The house is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace.

Pets: subject to approval.
