ABOUT THE HOME: Immerse yourself in "Tranquil Tides". Drift away from it all in this beautiful 5-bedroom 5.5 bath coastal home in the gated community of Treetop of Seacrest Beach. This bright and airy, open concept home will keep you connected while you prepare a meal or watch your favorite team. With its large kitchen island and comfy seating nearby, you won't miss any of the action. But if you do want to get away from action, head on out to one of the balconies and just relax.

*** Attention: Due to the HOA rules and restrictions in this neighborhood, there will be an additional $250 fee to cover violations you may incur during your stay. If you do not incur any violations, your fee will be refunded within 30 days of your departure date.

ABOUT THE AREA: Conveniently located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, it's the perfect blend of privacy while still near all that 30A has to offer. As guests, you'll have access to the private Seacrest Beach and use of the free tram service that runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October. In addition to the beach and pool, there are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy as well. A bike path (Timpoochee Trail) runs the length of 30A. Check out all the neighboring towns, coastal dune lakes and state parks along the way. You won't be disappointed.

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
