🌴 Deeded Beach Access!! Welcome to Beach House 30A Florida! This Brand New Home just finished June 2023 in a gated community of Treetop where seclusion meets convenience on the east end of 30A near Alys Beach and Rosemary!
Brand new home perfect for families with 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds & smart TVs and 2 additional bunk beds 1 with trundle bed and 4.5 bathrooms. Location of home is just a short walk or bike ride to world-class beaches, restaurants, parks, and shops in Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary.
Enjoy the complementary tram ride to Seacrest Beach from the home with the deeded beach access or relax in the beautiful community pool (very short walk from house). The beach tram runs daily March 1- October 31 from 9am to 5:30pm.
Quick access to Highway 98 if you head west to Destin or East to Panama City Beach.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The check in process was smooth and easy. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The shuttle service offered was amazing and was a great perk to the home- Kyle was great! Overall we had a great weekend and would definitely return to stay here again.

This was a wonderful house that accommodated our entire family. Perfect for 65 year olds to a 4 month old. The neighborhood was quiet and the house centrally located so we were at the beach or restocking at the store in mere minutes! It was clean, cheerful, had sufficient dishes, glasses, cookware, towels, beach towels and beach toys to meet our needs. Each bedroom with its individual bath was perfect! There was a minor maintenance issue that was corrected in just a few hours before we returned to the house for the evening! Couldn’t ask for much more! Our family had a terrific time! Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great time at the beach!

The home is a clean new build that is well located, and in a somewhat secluded coastal neighborhood. Perfect area for biking to town, the pool, and beach. Our family loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Highly recommend this property.

The house was good size for our group. Dishes were still in dish washer when we arrived and the rugs need to be replaced, as they showed age/stains. Host responded quickly when wifi name wasn’t listed (router just needed reset). We enjoyed our stay!

Arrived - check in was super easy. 4 Bedrooms all with king size beds! Trolly driver very friendly and accommodating! House was clean. No beach chairs - but there were beach towels. Construction next door - but it didn’t impact our stay.

Amazing Home for a Large Group

The beautiful house was a great setup for families that have adults. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms had its own bathroom. The shuttle to the beach was so fast and convenient!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We have stayed in many rentals along 30A but this house is our new favorite!! We will definitely visit again! Everything was so clean, comfortable and beautiful! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Girls trip

5 of us stayed here for 5 days. It was plenty big for all of us although the one person that had to sleep on the bunk bed said it wasn't very comfortable. All of the king sized beds were wonderful. Close to lots of great shopping and fairly easy to get to the beach. We loved sitting on the front porch swings at night. We enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful & the layout accommodated our family very well. The location & quiet neighborhood was welcomed! My only disappointment was the attention not given to details in cleaning from previous guests. Obvious dirt, water bottles, toys were left under furniture in the living room. There was dust & dead insects on some window sills. Some kitchen cabinet drawers & doors were not wiped. Someone was sent to clean again which was appreciated, but we had already unpacked & were getting kids ready for bed.

There were definitely things we enjoyed—the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the tram service was awesome (thanks Kyle!) and the home was well laid out for a group stay. When I reached out to the property managers after our stay, in hopes of improving the experience for future guests, I was met with defense. They put the blame on me for not reaching out during our stay. We were only there for a short 3-day trip, and having service interruptions would be particularly disruptive to our vacation plans.If a home has passed a thorough inspection (their words), it shouldn’t need maintenance right away.Here were my notes for them:- The pool was closed for multiple days, and even when reopened, it wasn’t in usable condition—cloudy water, a bandaid, and what looked like blood near the edge. We were never informed of the closure, even when we paid for early check-in with the expectation of using the pool.- The gate to the property was broken and this wasn’t communicated.- The home wasn’t as clean as expected for a luxury listing. (Hair balls on the floor, dusty window sills, inappropriate stickers in the bunk room nightstand, dirty bathroom floor, etc.)- Two of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close properly, which affected privacy.- We were charged to check in two hours early despite the house being ready, and were also asked to pay for late checkout even though the property was unbooked afterward.- Not enough extra towels, pillows, or blankets were
