Cocoonr offers this 60 m² flat for rent in the centre of Gérardmer, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a mountain view (visible from the main room), and the ski resort is accessible via the free shuttle bus, 100 steps from the flat. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:

- An entrance hallway with clothes hooks available to residents
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, etc.
- A shower room with Italian shower, double washbasin and WC

Mezzanine (a sleeping area accessible by stairs) with TV
- Open-plan bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and an entrance leading to a second room with two single beds (90x190).

The flat is ideally located in the centre of Gérardmer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Outside :
- A shared garden: picnics and lunch on the grass possible in fine weather!

Activities :
In winter, the La Mauselaine ski area offers a host of winter sports activities! Enjoy a unique experience with night skiing on the sound pistes, or go snowboarding or tobogganing for young and old! In December, head to the magnificent Christmas market, followed by the Saint-Nicolas parade, and in January, we look forward to seeing you at the Fantastic Film Festival! There's a free shuttle bus that's easy to get to, just 100 steps from your accommodation, in the Rue Lucienne at the Aldi car park. It takes you to the foot of the Mauselaine slopes in 10 minutes. La Bresse is a 15-minute drive away.
Various activities: swimming pool, bowling alley, ice rink, pedalo, playground, carousel, stroll around the lake, museum, shops, restaurants... about 500 metres from the house.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in Gérardmer's free public car park, parking du Tilleul, 150 m away or near the lake.
Electric vehicle charging points are located around 300 m from the accommodation.
