The Property
Ideally located in the heart of Le Grau du Roi Village, this apartment will be a true favorite for those who love to do everything on foot. Easily accessible, on the ground floor of a residence called "Le Mistral", this fully renovated apartment offers all the modern comfort for a pleasant stay.
You’ll find a spacious living area with an open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc. There’s a dining area with a table for 4 people, a living room with TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom with WC. The beach is just a few steps away, and there are beautiful walks directly from the residence. You can enjoy amazing sunsets and fully appreciate the sea during your stay.
Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and a wide range of activities to discover in this beautiful seaside resort.
Linen included: a set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small).
Any additional requests will be charged:
€25 TTC for a double bed (2 people)
€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
