Oasis is a beautiful vacation property with a heated pool located in the heart of Cape Coral. This single family pool home can accommodate up to 15 guests with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups.

The home is fully equipped and includes smart TVs, WiFi, a gas grill, and a laundry.

The fourth bedroom is perfect for families, offering three twin over full bunk beds.
Enjoy easy self check in and and while garage parking is not available, ample driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Please note that vehicles must remain off the grass.

Select pets are welcome for an additional $35 per night, per pet. Prior to arrival, all guests must complete a brief online registration, including name, age, email address, and other required details.

Great vacation

The property was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable which is a great plus. Ken and Sarah were very prompt with responding to an issue we had with some burnt out light bulbs. One suggestion is, I wish they had a blender to make mix drinks. We really enjoyed our stay.

Week stay for baseball

Our youngest son's college team played in Fort Meyers. We rented this home for the week and had a wonderful stay. The place is spacious, clean, and the hosts were wonderful regarding communication and details. Good restaurants close by and easy access to main roads. It was a great week.

Awesome Host in Cape Coral!

We rented this home in Cape Coral for a last minute trip to visit our son in Fort Myer. The host responded to us right away and the property was just as described. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is on a quiet street but close proximity to everything that the area has to offer. I give this host and the property a thumbs up and would definitely choose this property again.

House and pool Clean. Lots of beds, and big TVs in each room. Very close to town and hot spots. Good amenities including big dinning table. Nice decor and new tile throughout. Nice new looking Enamel flooring around pool and in screened In porch. Simple entry.Garage occupied, screened in porch and chairs a bit worn looking could use a fan and TV, very warm on hot day, would prefer open Lanai, Umbrella for outside table would be nice

Hi Mark, That is a fair review. Since the start of the pandemic, we have followed best recommended practices by national organizations. All open containers of salt, pepper, ketchup, coffee etc are removed for the protection of guests health from all of our Vacation Rentals. If one thinks about it, we have no way to guarantee freshness. Were glad you enjoyed yourself.

Renters beware!

Pricing for this property is excessive. Nice new and big TVs, beds were good, is the best thing about the property. Furnishings and supplies were limited, just a few extra rolls of TP, not even salt or pepper, two trash bags, not even a bottle opener. All of the kitchen knives were dull and cheap along with all of the silverware and kitchen supplies. It appeared all the supplies were purchased at the dollar store. Small amount of dishes and coffee cups, no coffee filters, only 4 chairs around the pool for a home with 9 beds!?!. It appeared we were the first to stay there.

I'm glad you enjoyed the heated pool , the TV's and the Beds etc.. Were not a full service Hotel, we leave all guests with starter packs of toiletries such as TP.. We don't offer nightly maid service unless the guest wants to pay for it. When one goes to a rental for a month, we don't expect the owner to supply us with TP and Paper towels and garbage bags for weeks. (BTW, back in 2020, guests were taking our paper products). One typically picks up their extra TP along with their groceries and coffee at the store . Yes the property pictures are very accurate , There is seating for 8 poolside , and another 6 in the lanai . Since there was more seating poolside that your number of guests, why was this is an issue, unless extra people were brought to our property.. Because of Covid , our cleaners remove any condiments or food from the previous guest.. I'm sorry you thought the silverware wasn't up to your anticipated taste (You are correct, its not sterling silver). .. This is a Value added property, your nightly rate was half the price of a SINGLE ROOM at the major hotel here in Cape Coral. And at this home you had a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom HOME , a full kitchen and a heated pool 20' into your backyard. The previous 8 guests in 2021 obviously did not have a challenge with the silverware as positive reviews were left.. Oh and the bottle opener is located in the 2nd drawer in the island. This property is a great value !! Where else can a family of 8 enjoy a 4 bedroom home with heated pool, fast wifi, great TV's and Beds over Christmas week with early check-in in Sunny Florida for the inexpensive rate that was paid. The guest chose the least inexpensive property we manage and then sees fit to complain that there wasn't enough TP and the silverware wasn't up to his standards.. Crazy!!

Good for large groups

Had a great visit to Cape Coral. The house was just what our family and I needed. Pool was relaxing . This property would be great for even a large gathering of 12. Close to everything. Would book it again in a heartbeat.
