Family visit

The house is as beautiful as pictured. There was lots of seating in the kitchen, family room, and game room. Everyone enjoyed the game room - the pool table, video game and pop corn machine, were all a big hit! The pool is very nice as well and was fun for all. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the patio area for grilling. We also used the fire pit one night for s’mores. The owner was responsive for any questions we had, and easy to work with from start to finish.

Great family home near wineries

This home was the perfect find for our family, my husband and two adult children. This home is very clean with an amazing back yard, pool and jacuzzi. Great space to relax between activities in Temecula. The owner was very hospitable and responsive, he made sure we were comfortable and that the home had everything we needed for our stay even going out of his way to help. We loved our stay here and definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful home for a family get-together!

This home is in a lovely neighborhood and very convenient location. We had a weekend get-together with our adult children and their significant others. It was quick and easy to get to Temecula from here. The home was exactly as pictured. It was beautifully furnished and very clean. We especially enjoyed the pool table, video game, large screen TV and backyard pool with jacuzzi. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was a perfect family weekend!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FRAUD

Hello, I am writing this letter to inform you that the claims below from the owner Roy are untrue. I hope you open an investigation as Mr Roy is just trying to collect money for no reason. Mr Roy is using a retaliation tactic due to the fact of how inconsiderate he was during our stay. Mr Roy stoped by the first day within 20 minutes of our arrival checking in on us. Mind you we did not get there until after 11am and the rest did not arrive until after 2pm. I thought it was strange that he would ring the doorbell as soon as we arrived. We paid a lot of money to stay at his property and did not need to be checked on let alone him showing up unannounced. We brought our own cookware and did not use anything of his. That same night at 9pm the door bell rings again. At this time some of my girls were already asleep. Now it’s his wife. We had one decoration that had strings so when my sister arrived it looked like she had to go through a curtain. The wife explained that the wind was setting off her ring camera, however she had all day to just send me a text where I would have gladly removed it. That same day I sent Mr Roy a text message telling him the air conditioner was not working. He replied that Edison has it controlled and it only goes to 72 degrees. He told me to close the doors and windows and he promises it will cool off. We were miserable and it was so hot some slept on the floor down stairs because the second floor was not tolerable. I have text message to prove that he later admitted that the air was in fact broken. The second day we had a limo pick us up to visit 3 wineries. We were gone for 6 hours. The only time we were inside the home was so sleep and perspire. It was only until I ask to be compensated for the air conditioner that he decided to make these false claims. I have the text message thread of me asking about the air, how we did not appreciate them coming to the home twice etc. On the thread there was no discussion about anything in the home being stained or needing replacement. He said he found a red cup in the pool ( which was also not true) I walked the entire property and it was spotless. And he said I left some inflatables in the pool. I did leave the inflatables, not to be malicious I thought maybe his next guest may enjoy a ball and a raft. Please make sure you do an investigation as I know his claims are false. He is just trying to collect money. Thank you in advance. Lindsay

Golf weekend

Roy was great!! The house was clean, organized and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend in Temecula playing golf. The beds were comfortable and accommodating. Thank you again

Wonderful location!

Roy was super attentive to my family’s needs and provided excellent communication. The home is beautiful and immaculate. The neighborhood very safe and quiet. It is definitely worth returning. Thanks so much for everything. Best wishes to you this new year 2022.
