This is a stunning 4 bedroom home in the perfect location for a quick get away. The house is beautifully designed with gorgeous pieces of furniture, hardwood floors, crown moldings, etc. Each bedroom is very spacious so you can surely enjoy the privacy and relaxation at it's fullest. We have 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds which can accommodate more guests! Home is located in the Historic Lincoln Terrance near OU Medical Center, Capitol, Downtown and Midtown. Admin Fee covers $100k insurance.

The space includes 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 16 guests. 1 of our bedroom includes 3 bunkbeds. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Our place also includes a multimedia room where you can enjoy watching tv. We also have a desk where you can work if you need it! A spacious backyard is also accessible throughout your stay!

Guest will have access to a spacious backyard where you can do a lot of activities of your choice this is where you can access our outdoor hot tub!

We have a trailer with 2 rafts/canoe that you can rent for $100. You need to have a hitch with a 2-inch ball so you can attach the trailer in your vehicle.

Please refer to the photos regarding the parking space. Please make sure to not park on the other side of the lane as that is the neighbor's parking spot. The parking space can accommodate 2-3 vehicles and if you need more parking space, please reach out to us before booking.

*Any booking that’s only one night will result in an additional $50.
*Zero videography is allowed onsite.
*All guests must be included on your booking.
*Management Fee is covers $100k of insurance and costs $50, total, for the first three days and an additional $15/night thereafter. We will reach out to you for extra fees prior to arrival.
*You are required to send your driver's license and sign a rental agreement.
