Located in the heart of the historic center of Poitiers, this bright and spacious 85m² apartment is the perfect place for a family getaway.
It comprises a large living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa and flat-screen TV (CD and DVD player available), and a separate, modern, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, ideal for children. The bathroom is also very modern, with a walk-in shower.

The apartment's special feature is that it overlooks 3 different streets in the historic center, so you'll have plenty to see! Next to the kitchen, you'll find a small private balcony offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of the city center and the Place de l'Ancien Tribunal de Poitiers.

You're in one of the city's most beautiful neighborhoods, the historic center of Poitiers.
You'll find plenty of shops nearby (grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, bars, etc.).

Poitiers train station is less than 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation, or 3 minutes by car. Parc du Futuroscope is about 15 min away by car.
Please note, however, that the historic center of Poitiers is entirely pedestrianized. You can park close to the property, at the Parking Notre Dame for example, or at the Place de la Liberté.
