A201 at Park Pointe, a newly renovated light and inviting second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an open floor plan. This beautifully updated condo features hardwood laminate floors, restored counter tops and new appliances throughout. Every corner of this second floor condo has been upgraded with charming decor. Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. You will enjoy views of beautiful Lake Chelan, the park and surrounding mountains from the condo, your private balcony or while soaking up the sun at the large heated pool and hot tub. (Pool is seasonal, opening May 15th-September, weather dependent.) Centrally located, you are just steps to the trail system that takes you to the lake, Don Morse Park with a public marina and boat launch and the iconic Lakeview Drive-in. Just a few steps further down the trail you will enjoy the shops, restaurants, tasting rooms and other attractions found in historic downtown Chelan. The perfect vacation rental for active family groups and friends!

We liked the place but there were a lot of small things that were a disappointment. We weren’t able to use hot tub since it wasn’t on. Weren’t able to use fireplace but don’t know why. The remote control for tv was the most frustrating thing we’ve ever come across when it came to volumn. Just didn’t work properly. No bedside table on one side in one of the bedrooms. The coffee table looked great, but we would have much preferred a place to put our feet up in front of us, and then had end tables in living room. Would have been much more comfortable. Cracked window and peeling floor in en-suite bathroom was surprising. Need bigger coffee mugs and more wine glasses. The kitchen set up was great and the bedrooms were comfortable and decorated great. We loved the sun exposure. Great location. It was a bit noisy when sitting on back deck with the cars going by. The place was extremely clean except for the screen door going into the back deck.

Check in process needs improvement, other than that it was a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location, had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable.

Overall we loved it! Location was great! We had a fun time at the “Cove” nextdoor. Only issue we had was the pool was closed most of the week. Only opened the day before we left.

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! Convenient location, loved the balcony and grill, lots of comfortable space for playing games and relaxing with the family after a day on the lake. Will definitely come back!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the long weekend. The service was awesome and they were able to rebook us to this weekend after my wife and I caught Covid. I would stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed at Park Point many times, so we obviously enjoy the area. We can walk nearly everywhere, close to downtown. Yet, the complex is quiet and peaceful. This unit is listed for sale, so may not be available in the future, but there are many rentals in the complex.

The day was great. Everything about the house was amazing. Other than the fact there was a Bajillion bugs. Highly recommend having this unit bomb. There was a spider around every corner, and there was many webs in the ceilings corners.

Wonderful

What a perfect condo! So close to the pool and hot tub. The place was clean and spacious. The layout was tastefully done. We had such an enjoyable and relaxing time here with our family. We will definitely be staying again. It was so close to town and the water park. Close to the lake, park, go karts and putt putt golfing you could walk to it all if you wanted. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

Nice short getaway

We enjoyed our short stay with two exceptions NO INTERNET Wifi would connect to the router but no internet connection We were very sad to not be able to use the pool on the last night of our stay. The gate code was not correct. Strange that it worked earlier in the day but not in the evening or early morning before check out .

Nearly perfect

Great value stay. Great location! Very clean! Very comfortable. Right next to pool! Small things that hopefully are addressed next time we stay here: Wi-Fi. No way would I have been able to use the Wi-Fi for work calls. It is slower than death and has I think firewalls up so you can’t even get to google. TV in smaller Bedroom could not connect to Wi-Fi. This is a Wi-Fi issue. We fixed this by hot-spotting. Master bedroom TV worked well. Water pressure in master shower is too low. The entire family had to use the other shower for this reason.

Easy check in process, the pool was awesome and so close, the location of the condo was great too. We could walk to town, the grocery store and to the park/beach easily. The condo was stocked as advertised however the kitchen only had salt and pepper so bring your own spices if you want to cook. The toilet paper holder in the primary bath was broken so the toilet paper kept falling on the ground. The outside balcony wasn’t very clean. Overall we had a great time and would come back to this condo building but perhaps not this unit.

Short weekend stay in Chelan

Clean and convenient to downtown and a waterfront park. The only complaints are that the check-in time is very late (5PM) and that there are no spices for cooking (but this didn't impact us too much since we ate out most days).
