A201 at Park Pointe, a newly renovated light and inviting second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an open floor plan. This beautifully updated condo features hardwood laminate floors, restored counter tops and new appliances throughout. Every corner of this second floor condo has been upgraded with charming decor. Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. You will enjoy views of beautiful Lake Chelan, the park and surrounding mountains from the condo, your private balcony or while soaking up the sun at the large heated pool and hot tub. (Pool is seasonal, opening May 15th-September, weather dependent.) Centrally located, you are just steps to the trail system that takes you to the lake, Don Morse Park with a public marina and boat launch and the iconic Lakeview Drive-in. Just a few steps further down the trail you will enjoy the shops, restaurants, tasting rooms and other attractions found in historic downtown Chelan. The perfect vacation rental for active family groups and friends!

Overall we loved it! Location was great! We had a fun time at the “Cove” nextdoor. Only issue we had was the pool was closed most of the week. Only opened the day before we left.

My husband and I have stayed at Park Point many times, so we obviously enjoy the area. We can walk nearly everywhere, close to downtown. Yet, the complex is quiet and peaceful. This unit is listed for sale, so may not be available in the future, but there are many rentals in the complex.

This condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the long weekend. The service was awesome and they were able to rebook us to this weekend after my wife and I caught Covid. I would stay here again.

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! Convenient location, loved the balcony and grill, lots of comfortable space for playing games and relaxing with the family after a day on the lake. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful

What a perfect condo! So close to the pool and hot tub. The place was clean and spacious. The layout was tastefully done. We had such an enjoyable and relaxing time here with our family. We will definitely be staying again. It was so close to town and the water park. Close to the lake, park, go karts and putt putt golfing you could walk to it all if you wanted. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

Nice short getaway

We enjoyed our short stay with two exceptions NO INTERNET Wifi would connect to the router but no internet connection We were very sad to not be able to use the pool on the last night of our stay. The gate code was not correct. Strange that it worked earlier in the day but not in the evening or early morning before check out .

Nearly perfect

Great value stay. Great location! Very clean! Very comfortable. Right next to pool! Small things that hopefully are addressed next time we stay here: Wi-Fi. No way would I have been able to use the Wi-Fi for work calls. It is slower than death and has I think firewalls up so you can’t even get to google. TV in smaller Bedroom could not connect to Wi-Fi. This is a Wi-Fi issue. We fixed this by hot-spotting. Master bedroom TV worked well. Water pressure in master shower is too low. The entire family had to use the other shower for this reason.

Weekend trip

The day was great. Everything about the house was amazing. Other than the fact there was a Bajillion bugs. Highly recommend having this unit bomb. There was a spider around every corner, and there was many webs in the ceilings corners.

Short weekend stay in Chelan

Clean and convenient to downtown and a waterfront park. The only complaints are that the check-in time is very late (5PM) and that there are no spices for cooking (but this didn't impact us too much since we ate out most days).

Perfect condo for our three couple getaway weekend

This condo was great! Updated, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It was perfect for 3 couples for the weekend. The proximity to the pool was a nice bonus. Our only complaint would be the lock box for the key. It was quite difficult to open and I would recommend getting a better updated version. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again when we visit Chelan!

Great spot

Spotless, open and airy, convenient location. There are really no spices/seasonings in the condo unfortunately so you’ve got to bring or purchase what you’ll need for even basic meal prep. Otherwise the property was great!

Perfect condo

We had a lovely time in this nice condo. Beds were very comfy!! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Deck was good. Pool and hot tub was enjoyable. The only negative was the check in time and check out times. The check out should’ve been after 11am since the check in was so late. Other than that, we loved it and would rent it again.

3 child hood friends with spouses reunited. Said it slept 6. Bedrooms were great. Couch sleeper was not set up for sleeping. Could not find extra sheets. And only 1 extra blanket.
