The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Welcome to your temporary home! Park in the garage, unload your bags, and have a look around. The large manicured front lawn and the charming exterior of the home welcome you in. Inside, you’ll notice the space is fully renovated with beautiful flooring and soothing, neutral paint throughout. The spacious open-concept layout makes the home feel even larger and the modern look is accented by comfy yet luxurious furniture and amazing décor and accessories.



The living area flows easily from room to room so everyone can be together. You’ll have not one, but two large living rooms perfect for hanging out together as a group. One is at the front of the home and the other is towards the back with a fireplace and sliding doors leading out to the backyard. Both are welcoming and contain comfy couches and chairs perfect for lounging.



You’ll love having meals around the table in the large dining room with an amazing wet bar that is as big as the kitchen right beside it! Speaking of the kitchen, it flows right from the wet bar and is bright with lovely countertops and tons of counter space and storage. It’s furnished with stainless steel appliances and everything you might need to cook up some fresh meals. There is also a small breakfast area offering yet another great spot to enjoy your meals.



All 4 bedrooms are spacious, relaxing, and designed to ensure you have a great night’s rest after a long day of fun-filled activities. They all contain top of the line furniture and lavish bedding and linens you’ll want to sink right into. You’ll also have two gorgeous full bathrooms, both of which are modern, clean, and bright with great finishes and upgrades.



In addition to the amazing space indoors, the outdoor space is also incredible. The backyard is fully fenced in providing you with the utmost privacy. It contains a covered patio area with seating, as well as a large pool that is perfect for the warm Texas weather. You’ll enjoy spending time out here swimming, lounging, and enjoying the sun.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

Located in exciting east Dallas, we are just 20 minutes away from downtown Main Street and 35 minutes from DFW airport. Our location allows you to pick and choose your daily activities. Nature is readily available, and so is the bustling downtown life!



You’ll be just 15 minutes from White Rock Lake, the perfect place for paddle boarding, running, and enjoying the Dallas sun. And just a 13-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. There are also many local parks and trails nearby.



Plus, you’ll be close to the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower — it looks especially spectacular at night!



Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 30 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, be sure to check out Adventure Landing Dallas, which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade, just 25 minutes away. There’s also not one, but TWO water parks nearby perfect for family fun — Hawaiian Falls Water Park and Surf and Swim. Firewheel Town Center is also 20 minutes away from our home, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment and restaurant options. Additionally, Town East Mall is just 8 minutes away. You’ll easily find something that appeals to every member of your group!



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
