New and modern studio with private access in an excellent location less than a mile from ASU and just 8min from airport. Shares backyard space with adjacent bungalow. Walking distance to the fantastic restaurants and shopping spots on Mill Avenue. Whole foods is even less than a mile away. Our home has been completely renovated and designed to maximize comfort. We hope that you'll enjoy the modern rustic style. Whether you are staying for the university, visiting family, or just passing through, we are confident that you'll enjoy your stay.

Great Stay

Location was right next to ASU's campus and walkable which is exactly what I was looking for. Room is quite nice and even has extra bells and whistles that make it stand out. Host was easy to communicate with.

Property is very clean, and the bed is super comfortable ( always very important to me). The location of the property is close to ASU and about a mile to the bars and restaurants on Mill St.

A Perfect Oasis in Tempe

The studio was exactly as pictured and even cuter. Attention to detail was obvious, with all necessities supplied. It’s within walking distance of Cartel Roasting Co. with their excellent cold brew, and Casey Moore’s funky patio. Check-in was super-easy and any requests quickly addressed. I loved my stay here!

Cozy & Located Conveniently

This modern studio was just as advertised. Very cute and nicely designed. Nice and cozy - and for us - centrally located to go downtown for a concert, hop on light rail or walk to a corner pub at the end of the day. All information on getting in and checking out sent to us by Evelyn & Lynn in plenty of time. Very easy all around. Good for one or max two people.

Great little studio

Great location. We walked to ASU campus from our location. The train does come through but we did not hear it at night. The only suggestion I would make is to have a way to block the light from outside. The neighboring visitors kept the lights on outside and we could see them inside. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Almost everything you need

First, I want to say the owners were terrific to work with! Accommodating and helpful and responsive. The space is super cute and really well stocked. The bed was comfy and the location was perfect for our trip. The only thing that we would have liked is either a dresser or a closet to hang some clothes. Had to pretty much live out of our suitcases the whole week. We roll up our clothes so like to be able to either hang or lay flat to get the wrinkles out. But really is a small complaint. Wouldn’t stop us from renting again in the future.

THIN WALL- ADJOINING UNIT NOISE

Overall this is a very good property if you are a sound sleeper who isn't bothered by noise, but our stay was overshadowed by the fact that the "concrete wall" between the 2 units seems to only have a thin wood fascia board at the top which allows noise & conversations between the 2 units to be easily heard & transmitted. We were awakened at 1 am by the family next door coming in and letting the kids play for > 2 hrs. Ear plugs didn't help. Next night they came in at 11:15 am- kids complaining they didn't want to go to bed. Not the hosts fault, but unfortunately this is the reason why I wouldn't stay here again.

Conflicted by Noise from Main House.

I had an amazing experience as it related to conveniences, communication, decoration, comfortableness of mattress, shower pressure, availability of hot water, location, quite neighborhood and value. The biggest struggle for me was the individuals occupying the main house. There seem to be four guests riding motorcycles and both Friday and Saturday night had visitors that arrived at 2 AM and departed around 4 PM. The noise bled through the wall and it was as if they were standing over me. Granted it's not the owners fault that this group was having a good time and were unaware that I was trying to sleep next-door. I was also my fault for not bringing ear plugs. Other minor annoyances: a power source on the nightstand next to the bed, different window coverings, so as to be able to retract and allow the natural light in and get a smart TV. I would book here again and tried but the dates weren't available. Host was responsive and communicative.

Cozy and Comfortable

Stay was pleasant. Location was close to lots of great restaurants and community events. Though this was a studio, access to a small oven, coffee maker and full size fridge was convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Trains and planes did alert us a few times during the day but this wasn’t an issue for us. Hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Enjoyed our long weekend stay.

Our stay

We were in Tempe for a memorial for a dear friend. We were only there for 3 days. The studio was great as we were close to all the places we needed to be. The only drawback was the closeness to the high school, they had a game on Friday night.

Perfect Retreat in Tempe

This was a lovely, comfortable, and thoughtfully supplied place. The owner was very helpful and communicative and the location is a short walk from one of the best areas of Tempe, where locally owned restaurants are clustered and the tree lined streets are dotted with local mosaic art. The view out the back door is due east and the sunrise was beautiful.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for a long weekend & it was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean & cozy. Little touches made it so much more cozy. Communicating with the host was easy & she was quick to respond. Would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Comfortable and adequate.

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay for 8 days in Tempe.! This fit the bill. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were good. The studio was smartly decorated. You share the drive and back yard with the adjoining unit , but that was not an issue for us.

Lynn's Add-On Pad

Great spot that is perfect for ABNB/VRBO. Not too small for a "studio" and is right by Arizona St. campus if that were of interest to someone.
