A newly renovated studio apartment located on the lower ground floor, in the heart of city center, just 5min walk from Syntagma Square, the Parthenon and the Acropolis hill. This cozy studio features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and comfy double bed. Ideal for tourists and the business travelers to central Athens. Its great proximity to public transport and the historical sites make it unique. Book now!
The apartment is located in the basement of this well preserved vintage block of flats. The space comprises a large sleeping area with connected kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The studio has been fully renovated in Spring 2021.
Guests have sole and private access to all areas of the apartment.

We are super central, near Syntagma Square, the shops on Ermou St., the tourist areas of Acropolis, Plaka, Temple of Zeus, and of course the great restaurants in the streets of Plaka.
You have everything you need at your doorstep, the location truly is unique.
You are perfectly placed for public transport - direct links to the airport with the Syntagma metro station or bus, and Pireaus port is also within 30 minutes by public transport. There are taxis available outside 24 hours a day.
Welcome shampoo and conditioner is provided. The guests have to provide their own for long stays.
Baby cot can be provided for an extra fee of 25 Euros per stay
High chair can be provided for an extra fee of 10 Euros per stay
