The large, light-filled living room with table, sideboard and TV opens onto the sitting area with sofa on one side and the kitchen on the other, which has everything you could wish for: 5-burner gas hob and full-size oven, microwave, American-style fridge, stone sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, soft pod coffee maker and storage space.
The beautiful bedroom (140 cm bed) with large dressing cupboard and bench seat is also bathed in light. The hallway leads to a cupboard with washing machine and storage space, and to the contemporary shower room with large walk-in shower, cabinet and stone washbasin. The toilet is separate for added convenience. When using the sofa bed, the sitting area can be screened off with large blackout curtains.
When the sun is still mild, you can enjoy lunch in the sheltered courtyard. During summertime, you will barbecue and have lunch in the shade of the mulberry tree. The vegetation that will have sprung up in the spring will provide a discreet spot for lounging.
