Perfect!

Great location, cleanliness was impeccable, amenities perfect, bed was comfortable and LOVE the walk in shower! Could not wish for anything else. We will definitely rent this again in the future!

Alot smaller than the pictures made it look but it was in a very quiet area. The outside lights on the walk path didn't work. We had to fight with the hideaway bed to get it out and then couldn't get it back in so had to leave it out the whole trip which took up all the main living space and blocked most of the room. You could tell someone broke/ bent the metal frame and it had black tape on it holding parts of it together. Reached out to the host the first night about the hideaway bed but never heard anything from her.

Cute and cozy

We stayed here for a weekend while we went to Busch Gardens and a concert at Raymond James. It was perfect for our trip and the host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and is in a safe area. Will definetly look to rent again for any future weekend trips!

The Perfect Place for Us

The Cozy Corner was the perfect place for us. It was clean, quiet and close to where we needed to be. The park next to our place was an added bonus.

Nice for a quick get away

Title says it all. For longer stays this is good for only one person. The property manager was engaged. The location is not too far from downtown Tampa and Ybor City and I felt safe. The rental was very clean and practical. The reason this is not a 5 star for me is that you can't control the AC on your own, you have to tell the manager because it's managed remotely. Having said that, she won't let you go up a certain temperature... This is not good. I wasn't there most of the time but when I'm in a place that I am paying for I want to feel comfortable, whatever my temperature is. The rental is attached to a guest house/room off the main house, the walls are thin, someone cooked pop corn one day and the smell was in our rental. The occupiers of the house were loud once but the manager took care of it as soon as we recorded it... I'm sure they could hear us too when loud, so if you don't mind that then great! If the AC control issue is addressed, I would totally stay here again.

So wonderful and convenient!

I stayed here when I attended the Taylor swift concert and it was such a wonderful experience! It was so clean and very close to RJ stadium which i appreciated! It was so cute and truly was a cozy corner! I dont travel to tampa often but I absolutely would stay here again if i was i was given the opportunity! Host was also very communicative, I would DEFINITELY recommend staying here :)

COZY, CLEAN, and SAFE

The Cozy Corner is perfectly located for activities in the Tampa area. The space was immaculate and comfortable. Mary, the host, was very accommodating & responsive to my questions. I especially enjoyed sitting on the padded chairs on patio. It's a wonderful place to stay, and I'll definitely rent here again!

Great weekend

This is a cute and cozy place. Easy access to 275. Perfect for 2 people. Well equipped. Very clean. Really enjoyed the private patio.

Family vacation

This is a very beautiful little cozy place in the back yard of the home. It was very easy to get to and vey proven to walk to the entrance. I did feel bad having my 2 year old since you can hear the elderly couple that live on the other side of the wall. I really hope he cries at night didn’t bother them since she was not in her routine at home. Other than that so clean, decorated so cute, prefect little room and living area for us to sleep while we were there in Florida! Thank you!

Enjoyed our weekend stay!

My daughter and I were in Tampa to visit USF. This was a very convenient location. Communication with the host was excellent and the property was clean and comfortable. If my daughter chooses USF, I could see us staying here again in the future.

One bedroom apartment in Tampa

Very well maintained property. Mary is an excellent host, very attentive to all our requests. Location is good, close to downtown. We stayed for 6 weeks and would definitely recommend long stay at this property

Worked out well

The property was very nice and had all the amenities I needed. It wasn't as close to the venue that I was frequenting as I would have liked, but otherwise absolutely no complaints.

Perfect for occasion

The place was nice and we used it for Busch Gardens Tampa theme parks and Beach. Great location for them and WiFi was good for kids.

Clean and convenient

The place was very clean and I felt secure there. The a/c makes a banging type noise when it turns on (the a/c fan) but other than that no complaints!
