A great place for a few months or weeks, or even days
I went to Seattle for 3 months with my boyfriend and we are so happy with our stay there. The basement had everything that we need, furniture, blankets, towels, cookware and all the appliances. The utilities were included on the price of the rent and that make everything easier, you don't need to worry about the money each month, everything is paid when you arrive there. We felt so comfortable, there were a sofa, tv, internet... The bed was so comfortable too, and at photos you cannot see it but there is a huge closet. I didn't know that and I was so happy to discovered it when I arrived. For people that is too tall could be a little incovinient because the ceilings are not very high and the shower neither. We are small people (around 1.70cm) and that was no problem for us. The heating work very good too and the house will be so warm very quickly (is was rainning as usual in Seattle, and even snowing some days but we were warm at the basement). The only little problem that we had there were with the wifi some days, but Jose Floresca came each time, to solve it as quick as was possible, and in a few hours the problem was gone. The last thing to take into account is that you have to be careful when you are cooking because there are no smoke stractor so if you produce a lot of fume or you burn the food the alarms start ringing, our advice is that you need to cook with the window over the kitchen open. Last, the house is very well connected by bus. Line 2 and 48 are just 2 minutes from the house and will take you to Downtown or the University District... I was doing a stay at Harborview Medical Center and the connection was good. I could take line 2 and walk 10 minutes, or take line 2 and line 60 and arrive just to main entrance of the Hospital.
We felt so well there, and we recommend this place!!!
