The Andros is Bahama Bay Resort plus-sized 2-bedroom villa boasting nearly 1,400 square feet of livable space. One of very few units with wheelchair accessible master shower. Large screened south faced patio. The resort with 4 heated pool (back yard pool, club house pool, lake/beach pool)No smoke. This home can be made as two master suit for group needs two masters. The unit is larger than most homes including most 3 bedroom homes.

The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, there are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort.

To avoid problem to each other, at any time guest thinks the home is less 5 star value or home is uninhabitable due to any reason. Host will offer refund for remaining days and terminate the booking. Guest is responsible for finding and paying for own alternative home. Host is responsible to inform airbnb to termination the reservation and refund the unused rent. Both parties agree not to leave review on each other.

We encourage guests to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling terms.

Someone shares their self catered vacation home with guests. not hotel, may not be good fit for every guest. Guests need to discuss with us first if any personal preference and request to make sure the home is good fit.

Vacation home kitchen is equipped and suitable for those who plan to prepare simple meals for dining in and not enjoying the area restaurants on vacation.

Guest are supposed to buy consumables once the "starter supplies" are finished. No coffee, salt and pepper provided. Guests can wash their sheet and towels in unit if necessary. Host is out of state and not able to supply additional starter kits, sheets and towels.

This is first floor condo unit in a three story building. Carpet free home.

Normal wear and tear exist in every home. Host can not promise the home is perfect fit for everyone, but guest is offer option to terminate and receive refund on "unused nights" to avoid negative experience.
