Apartamento generoso en Hua Hin con central y junto a la playa

Dear James, Many thanks for your feedback, Highly appreciated. Looking forward to your next visit. Thanks for staying with us, and we wish you a happy new year. Regards Torsten

Dear Russel, Many thanks for your review. We do hope that you all enjoyed your stay in our spacious apartment. Thanks for given us such a good review. Highly appreciated, and looking forward to welcome you again. Once again sorry for the hick-up with the hotel water boiler. Regards Torsten

Dear Jean-Claude, first of all thank you for staying with us. Highly appreciated. Well yes the Complex is older, but the location and the value for money, and the gracious pools (3 swimming pools, huge garden) gives it a resort Character, which is hard to find in Hua Hin. Especially with direct beach location. As well our pricing for a fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment with over 150 qm is very reasonable including also the costs like electric city and water. Therefore I believe that we offer a very reasonable deal. The bedrooms had been equipped with new furniture's, and matrasses approx. 2-3 months ago. Well I guess on the hardness or softness of a matrass everybody got a different feeling and needs. Very difficult to make it right for everybody. But we do hope you and your family had a good time, and looking forward to welcome you again

Dear Customer, first of all man thanks for choosing our apartment. Highly appreciated. Happy to hear that you enjoyed you stay with us. We will have a look into the details and check with our house technician if anything can be done in regards of the air condition noise. Many thanks for your feedback. Highly appreciated

Dear Harry, we are very sorry that you did not like our apartment. Please allow me to respond as follows. a) This is a condo and not a hotel and we do not provide Shampoo or Shower-Gel b) Why not contact us so that we can replace the towels ? c) If you encounter cockroaches, which are in the country sometimes an unfortunate encounter, you also could contact us and we would send the housekeeping to clean again. All this not happened. Once we are sorry.

Dear Lars, Many thanks for your comment. I am a bit surprised about the complain of our matrasses. They are only 5 months old, and are normal matrasses. So far nobody of our previous guests mentioned anything and rated our apartment well. I think everybody has their own sense about the matrass. Some want weak, soft, other middle, others hard. I also do not understand why you not contacted us ot the front offices if there is a smell. In fairness the previous guests, checked out one day before your arrivel, and they reported that all was very fine and they enjoyed.

Hallo Gitta vielen Dank fuer Deine Bewertung. Ich hoffe Ihr habt Eure Zeit in Hua Hin genossen. Nochmals vielen Dank fuer Eure Buchung.

Dear Maykia, Happy to heat that you enjoyed your stay with us. Highly appreciated. During raining season ( July ), the humidity is very high. It can be the reason why the bed sheets had a smell. In the future we will improve this. Lizards are common, and mostly slip through the open terrace door. That is why customers should always use the provided mosquito nets, in order to avoid these lizards. On the other hand, Lizards love to hunt for mosquitoes. Once again many thanks for staying with us, and hope to welcome you again. Regards Torsten

Dear Customer, we hope you enjoyed your stay in Hua Hin and at our apartment. Many thanks for your visit and the great comment & rating. Highly appreciated. Hope to welcome you once again in Hua Hin. Regards Torsten

Many thanks for your review of our apartment. Highly appreciated. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay at our apartment. You rated the location and the interior as good. In regards of the sundecks, we already informed the condominium management to provide more sundecks. They will look into the details and will try to improve. As you traveled during high season, the condominium complex is nearly fully booked, and therefore there is a chance that sundecks are short. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Dear Mr Schulz, happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our apartment. Hope to welcome you soon back. The apartment complex is offering a WIFI Internet service. Your can purchase an Internet Access Code, at the office in the main lobby. In fairness the Internet speed is sometimes a bit slow, depending on how many users are online. We already talked to the management of the building, to improve this service. Once again many thanks for staying with us. Regards Torsten
