GET READY TO KICK BACK AND RELAX!!! This 1,700sf, 3 level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin w/Loft is your perfect getaway to Kick Back & Relax. This unique spot is nestled right on the side of the mountain surrounded by forest trees with plenty of spots to explore and discover. Enjoy an upper and lower porch with chairs, tables, rocking chairs, & Hot Tub. Conveniently located only 15 min from Pigeon Forge & 20 min from Gatlinburg. Oh, and well-behaved woof-woofs are welcome with NO ADDITIONAL FEES!!

Imagine sitting on the porch sipping your favorite beverage watching and listening to the breeze in the trees and the forest animals wandering around letting the worries of the world melt away. Inside, everyone can stream away with fast internet, work or play, your choice! Just log into the TV’s and sign into your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.. accounts and chill! Play a game of pool, a board game or relax in the hot tub. The kitchen has all the basics like pots and pans, salt and pepper, silverware, plates, bowls, and cups. We have a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig for you as well as coffee and teas for your enjoyment. Use what we have or bring your favorite, your choice. STARTER SUPPLIES are complementary, like 2 bar soaps, 2 small shampoos, 2 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, 1 laundry pack, 3 dish wash pods, and small amount of liquid dish soap. All 3 bedrooms have King Beds. The main bedroom is on the first main level. The other two bedrooms are downstairs with lockable doors and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. In the loft you will find a pool table, games and sitting sofa for your enjoyment.

We were extremely impressed with this Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge Home! From the minute we booked it the hosts could not have been more helpful. We received immediate communication upon booking about the home and the amenities and any questions we had were immediately answered. We were even given links from them to local attractions and restaurant recommendations which was great for advance planning-they went above and beyond! Once we arrived we were extremely impressed with how clean the home is and it was so welcoming with the seasonal decorations for Fall. We could tell it had just been cleaned and smelled nice and fresh. The fireplace in the family room and the master bedroom is a great amenity and the host stocked coffee for the Keurig which we appreciated. All of the appliances are new and clean and the bathrooms are also very clean. We especially loved the back deck and used it often with the spectacular views and loved the privacy. The location is great and is very convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge-you are pretty much in the middle of both and it is about a 10-15 minute drive. We were also able to bring our dog which was great! It was a great mountain stay with also being able to be in the heart of everything-very impressed and we have stayed at many VRBOS! Thanks for an amazing stay!

This property is the perfect location of you're seeking adventure in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. It resides in the middle with a 15 minute commute to each city. It's a cute getaway that is dog friendly so being able to bring our pup was a bonus. The highlight for us was seeing bear 3 days in a row with one coming right through the yard! Ryan & Gina were very accommodating and great with communication. The cabin is beautiful and spacious. The hot tub worked great and was very relaxing.

This property was a wonderful fit for our family, and its cleanliness was outstanding. Three king beds ensured that our adult children had a great place to spread out. A fully stocked kitchen made cooking quick and easy-just what you want on vacation. We especially enjoyed the proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The owner was quick to respond to requests and to share information. The Kick Back Cabin will definitely be on our list to visit again.

We enjoyed our week at the Kick Back Cabin. Hosts are very responsive and so welcoming. The cabin had fall decor throughout which we loved. The porch was so nice, with comfy seating. Hot tub worked great. We really liked the coffee room, and the easy flat parking with only a few steps into the living room. Some mornings were chilly, and the fireplace was outstanding...we were cozy. Best part of this cabin is the great location, between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg...we could easily get everywhere within 20 minutes. Leaves were just starting to change, so beautiful. A great place to enjoy fall!

We enjoyed this beautiful cabin with family and their dog. It was clean and owner was friendly and quick to respond. The cabin had comfy beds and nice big bathrooms. The location was excellent -20 minutes to Dollywood and the Parkway! We did see many bears! The road is steep but easy to find. I highly recommend staying here!

You won’t want to miss this one!

This place was perfect for our family and our big dog. The location was amazing—slightly closer to Pigeon Forge than Gatlinburg, but centrally located so we could easily access both. The house had everything we needed, and we felt right at home, as did our dog. It was spotless, and we even had a crockpot, which came in handy after a long day out. Our kids loved the hot tub, and I enjoyed the spacious deck. The layout of the home worked really well for us. I brought some workout gear, and while there wasn’t a lot of open space, I was able to make it work in the living room and on the deck. Gina and Ryan were incredibly communicative, making the stay feel personal and like staying at a friend's house. Our family grew very attached to this place, and leaving felt like leaving home.

LOVED THIS CABIN!!

My family and I stayed here for our family vacation to the mountains. We were worried about finding a place we could stay at that allowed two bigger sized dogs, but then we discovered this cabin. It’s a lovely and comfy cabin in the woods. Gina and Ryan were super hosts who were quick to respond. They made the check in and out process easy. I highly recommend this cabin with Gina and Ryan. The cabin had plenty of room for my family of 6 and two dogs! The cabin is decorated beautifully! It also came with everything we needed for the week! It was a wonderful stay and we will be back!

Thanksgiving

We had a lovely 4-night stay and found the home to be just as advertised. Owners were quickly responsive to questions. Views were beautiful. Easy to get to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, although most of our time was spent in the cabin. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. It was quite clean in all respects. My husband unfortunately left a jacket that owners said would be sent to us if cleaning crew found it, but we did not get it back, so be careful not to leave anything behind.

Beautiful!!!

Me and my family along with my fur babies, had great time. The place was clean and comfortable. Very quite! Didn’t see any bears but when we were leaving we saw a coyote. Saw fireworks from Dollyworld. My husband and son enjoyed the pool table.
