Premier Location with Stunning Views of Shelter Cove Harbor and Amazing Sunsets

The minute you enter our 4th floor condo, you will be drawn to the view. Its almost impossible to resist, and is easily viewed from every room! What better way to start your day, than to enjoy your morning coffee on our screened balcony, while watching the harbor awaken after a sleepy night. There's a clock on the balcony, for those of you, like me, who tend to get lost in thought and time.
We are in the process of updating our furnishings, and have not had a chance to update all of the photos. I have provided a few photos, showing the new swivel chairs, wall lamps and accessories, as well as the new stainless steel appliances. I will remove the old photos, that highlight the view, after I have completed the current updates. Thank you for your patience.
There are two "master suites" one with a king bed (new mattress 3/24) and the other with two queens. Each has a walk-in-closet, a bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. The king has a private sitting room with a Juliette balcony, while the queen has direct access to the screened balcony (also accessible from the main living area). There is a powder room off the entry foyer...very convenient! The kitchen is well equipped and the condo is meticulously clean. We are located in Mainsail, which is the newest property in Shelter Cove, boasting: High ceilings, a gorgeous pool complex, two new, granite top, grilling stations, beautiful grounds, including a courtyard with a beautiful fountain, garage parking, additional outdoor parking, and security. Mainsail's pool is heated in the fall and spring and the hot tub, year round. Our mid-island location affords easy access to all the island has to offer. There is a free, seasonal, on demand shuttle that will pick-up and drop-off, anywhere in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove, including the new Shelter Cove Towne Center.
