The villa "MORA-MORA" is a beautiful house of 134 m2 pleasant to stay with family or friends.
Located in a residential cul-de-sac, this single-storey house can accommodate up to 8 people. (ideal for 6 people, it can accommodate 8 thanks to the sofa bed).
It is very functional and has an enclosed garden and a swimming pool.
You access the house through a large entrance that opens onto the living room.
The sleeping area is distributed as follows:
A master suite with a bed 180 (2 people), cupboards and a bathroom (bathtub) with integrated toilet.
Two other bedrooms:
One with a bed for 140 (2 people) and the other a bed for 180 (2 people). Each of the bedrooms is composed of a cupboard to store your belongings.
A bathroom (shower)
A separate toilet (guest toilet) is located in the entrance.
The living room is composed of a fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, filter and NESPRESSO coffee makers, kettle, dishwasher ...... A central island and stools are installed. A large table and 8 chairs are also on site and will allow you to meet for family meals.
A laundry room where the washing machine is located is accessible from the kitchen.
The living room side provides a television with a convertible corner sofa with a view of the pool. Books and board games are available in the living room to spend convivial moments throughout your stay.
In the extension of the kitchen, you access a veranda with garden furniture. You will also have a view of the swimming pool (7m/3.5m) and can enjoy this space while sunbathing in all seasons.
A terrace with a table and chairs are available to enjoy meals and grills thanks to the plancha. Sunbeds are available for lounging by the pool.
Private spaces are available for parking in complete serenity.
TRAVEL COT IN PLACE
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge, as are the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

ATTENTION, any arrival after 8:00 p.m. and until 10:00 p.m. will be charged an additional €30 on site. FROM 10:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m., arrival will be charged an additional €50 to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 a.m.
From 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. any departure will be charged an additional €30.
